Staff molto cordiale, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Posizione molto facile da raggiungere e molto comoda per la visita di Montpellier (distante 5km). Prima colazione pienamente sufficiente. Ideale per brevi soste.

L'Hotel non era in grado di fornire una spina-adattatore indispensabile per la funzionalità di apparati elettrici italiani ed in zona (tipo centro commerciale) solo locali per la ristorazione (non testati).

Camera e bagno molto puliti. Hotel silenzioso e staff formale ma competente. La zona non è un gran ché ma lo sapevo già da prima. Mi sono trovata bene. Anche per il mio cane non ci sono stati problemi.

The hotel was a great deal- new rooms with great comfortable design and fantastic staff. Modern and clean. Also ideal location next to big shopping and freeway, close to downtown- I would come back in a heartbeat

The outside of the hotel is not pretty, but the inside is great

It is a favourite mainly because of its location, close to the autoroute and to the place we have to visit. Quiet, secure car parking, restaurants nearby, good breakfast, friendly and not expensive.

The receptionist was very helpful. We requested a quiet room and that's what we got. The hotel is in a good location if you want to avoid staying in the city center. I believe the tram into town is not too far away. A bonus was it was situated within walking distance of a couple of restaurants and a big Chinese supermarket. It's a basic hotel but then so is the price. The rooms were clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again next time we pass that way.

The one thing we would have liked were two pillows each - one pillow per person is not enough.

The staff didnt understand single word in english.Difficult to communicate.But friendly.

Good value, really clean , really basic, just what you need when you travel with children and are just passing a night on your way somewhere. Great mattresses and clean linens!

We stayed here for one night on our way through. The room was very comfortable. There are a couple of restaurants very close by. Overall, we would recommend it for a stopover.

Good stop to break a long journey. Near tramway into Montpellier and near the main motorways. Air-conditioned. Clever idea of a third bed which was keep under the main double bed. This meant both our children had their own beds to sleep in, and the low height of this third bed meant we didn't worry about our youngest falling out.

It is located in a retail park, which we knew ahead of time. But with all the surrounding beauty of the area, it felt a bit grim.

Nice staff. Let us use hotel refrigerator. Free parking. Free Internet. Right off the highway &very easy to find.

Nothing to do in the hotel itself other than sleep.

As we arrived at midnight and there were no staff present to show us to our room, I found it a novelty to key in codes to access the front door and door of our room. The procedure was painless and efficient and it worked ie keying in all the relevant payment details and reservation number. The room was clean and nicely presented and we slept very well. It was a little difficult to shut the window, but all in all a good night. The water for the shower was hot and bathroom was clean and tidy. After we checked out, I asked if we could leave our bags whilst we checked out the environs and waited for our taxi. The lady at reception was very friendly and accomodating. She locked away our bags and gave us peace of mind.

The only thing I would ask is that perhaps it would be handy to have a 'waiting room'. The other thing is to add to the website instructions on how to get to the hotel from Montpelier airport; Take the bus from the airport to the centre of town and then take Tram 1 and then Tram 2 to Jean de Vedas. This trip cost 2 euros 40 and was a bargain compared to a taxi journey of 30-40 euros. Get off the stop just before Jean de Vedas.

Very clean, they speak english, wifi perfect. Good parking. Price very good.

We wanted an affordable hotel for our last night in France with our family. As we had morning flights back to the usa we didn't want to be too far from the airport. The Arena was perfect for what we wanted. Check- in is only after 5 P.M. unless you make arrangements ahead of time. We arrived around 4:30 P.M. and walked across the street to the Asian Supermarket and browsed the store, bought ice cream and ate it in the shade waiting for the hotel to open. We found a good restaurant right next door which was convenient, and the children didn't have to stay up too late. The Arena is close to a freeway, so was easy to find after we stopped at the first exit and enquired as to the location.

The only weak part was the late registration, but I imagine by limiting their staff hours they can offer good prices to their customers.

Basic hotel well situated not far off the motorway good sized room plain breakfast served however there are plenty of restaurants very nearby

No real dislikes but it lacks any sort of charactor

It can be classified as hostel; there is no reception after 9pm; they gave me a code to enter to the hotel, the garage, and the room which made me feel like in a campus rather than hotel; bathroom's door was dirty inside and had dry yellow and red drops.. Pillows were very small..
