There was a warm welcome by the staff who did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with extra pillows as soon as we requested them. They also gave us useful information regarding the purchase of fuel for our onward journey. |

The easy access from the highway, the air condition and the many surrounding restaurants. The double room was very small and the storage space was tiny. We felt it, since we stayed four nights and could not really unpack our luggage. The breakfast is cheap but basic. |

There were several restaurants within walking distance of this hotel and although the hotel is more a budget hotel, there was parking and free wireless and provided value-for-money. The air-conditioning was controlled by the hotel and was erratic. It was not on when we first arrived and although we switched it on, there was no air-conditioning. It started by itself later in the evening, but then it was completely off on the next day. A factor to consider during summer. |

The receptionist was excellent, which is always a good start. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and of a much higher standard than we had found in other 2 star hotels on this trip. |

Hôtel très calme. Les chambres sont bien conçues, propres et avec un desing qui change de ce type d'établissement. Bien situé entre la grande halle d'auvergne et le centre ville avec gros complexe cinématographique à proximité ainsi que divers restaurants. En conclusion : très satisfait |
