Ideal for a stopover break. Clean, tidy and has free wi-fi and parking. Staff very helpful and spoke English and Spanish. Restaurant on site does a number of set dinner menus, none very expensive. Good value for money. We would stay again as a stopover option. We arrived and left in the dark. But hotel appears to be on a small industrial estate. Mainly small business units. Not a problem for us. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss. Not sure we would use this hotel for a holiday.

A well run family,no frills hotel with a pleasant atmosphere.Lunch time restaurant clients were working people.We were able to leave the car safely in the hotel car park and walk into Bayonne. We have already recommended the Arenui to friends. Only a small negative comment,but we would have liked some tea /coffee making facilities in our room.

Easy to park; not expensive; helpful staff. Close to very busy road; restaurant not open Easter Sunday/Monday evening. Near harbour/docks, not beach as advertised. Had to drive to beach. Would recommend for business purposes but not fsamily holiday,

l'accueil et sa table. Rapport qualité/prix très favorable beaucoup de bruit dû aux voitures qui passaient à proximité si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes (pas de climatisation dans la chambre)

Nous avons été trés bien accueillis lors de ntore séjour à l'hôtel Arenui, les chambres sont spacieuses et trés trés propres je le souligne car ce n'est pas toujours le cas, confortables. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable, le petit déjeuner parfait,je n'ai que des compliments à faire et merci encore pour ce séjour. (Un tout petit petit bémol je n'ai pas trouvé le n° de tel dela réception p our appeler de ma chambre mais vraiment c'est sans importance.Je le recommandde vivement surtout en W.E. rapport qualité prix parfait

Bonjour, le calme..pas être dérangé , Concrètement ,il y a mieux comme chambre ,pour un prix identique . la porte de la salle de bain ,qui frôle le lavabo et il faut se mettre de côté pour la refermer (en se cognant la tête au porte serviettes ) ,il existe une grande penderie qui ne sert pas à grand chose , ,donc cette salle de bain aurait pu être mieux conçue . d'autre part ,le chauffage semble être coupé sans notre volonté ,et sur le matin ,il faisait bien frais .

Des moisissures sur les joints de salle de bains. Il y avait un anniversaire qui se fetait au restaurant de l'hotel dommage que nous n'ayons pas ete prevenu car il y a eu beaucoup de bruit tard dans la nuit. Manque d'isolation phonique

El personal del hotel, estupendo, y hablaban español perfectamente, y tenian wifi gratis. Supongo que la ubicacion, pero si vas en coche, no tienes ningun problema. El precio un poco exagerado, pero bueno, es Francia...

El trato por parte del personal es horrible. El administrador nos despertó en la mitad de la noche acusando de unos tonterías, con un tono insultante y ni se molestó disculparse cuando comprendió su error.

Precio asequible. Habitación de buen tamaño. Cama muy cómoda. Baño grande. El recepcionista encantador. Está en un polígono industrial. Perfecto si vas en coche, en otros medios de transporte lo veo más complicado.
