Ideal for a stopover break. Clean, tidy and has free wi-fi and parking. Staff very helpful and spoke English and Spanish. Restaurant on site does a number of set dinner menus, none very expensive. Good value for money. We would stay again as a stopover option. We arrived and left in the dark. But hotel appears to be on a small industrial estate. Mainly small business units. Not a problem for us. Wi-fi was a bit hit and miss. Not sure we would use this hotel for a holiday.

A well run family,no frills hotel with a pleasant atmosphere.Lunch time restaurant clients were working people.We were able to leave the car safely in the hotel car park and walk into Bayonne. We have already recommended the Arenui to friends. Only a small negative comment,but we would have liked some tea /coffee making facilities in our room.

Hôtel standard mais très agréable, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses, propreté impeccable, personnel aimable et accueillant. Bon emplacement à 1 km du centre ville de Bayonne. Signalisation insuffisante rendant l'hôtel difficile à trouver.

L'hôtel est situé en zone artisanale mais sans que cela nuise à sa tranquillité. Très bien situé entre Bayonne Biarritz et Anglet. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et chaleureux. La chambre est grande et très propre (le linge de toilette est changè tout les jours). Nous recommandons cet hôtel qui mérite le détour.

Il n'est pas indiqué qu'il se trouve dans une zone semi-industrielle. Il pourrait être précisé que l'hôtel se trouve derrière Leader-Price L'odeur très forte de "renfermé "dans les chambres et dans la cage d'escalier.
