Very friendly staff! Free wifi and water-cooler for filling water bottles very appreciated. Room was small, but comfortable with a clean, modern bathroom and a fridge. The best hotel I stayed at in Paris. No downside that I could see. The hotel even charged me less than they had quoted for my stay. |

Good location near metro and train station, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet area, small fridge in room, wireless internet access. Thought that over all, this hotel was a really good deal. Had a room on the ground floor and the bed was too hard for my taste. Was disappointed because so many reviewers commented on the soft beds. Also, there weren't any extra electrical outlets in the room, which made it a bit challenging to charge cell phones, blow-dry hair, etc. Had to unplug TV and fridge to do this. |

The entertainment at breakfast by the owner! Very friendly staff. Warm room (it was extremely cold when we visited in January). The lovely bakeries nearby. The mattress was a bit soft for me, though my wife liked it. |

It is little away from the train station not known by the locals. I had difficulty in finding it. It is close to the Metro. |

Staff is nice. For some reason, the hotel did not receive the confirmation from booking.com and the hotel is full. Staff is helpful and try their best to find a single bed room to me even though I have to pay for double bed price. Quite far away from the metro and difficult to find for its location. A lot more hotel around with similiar price but closer the metro and located on the main street. No air conditioning. |

location very good, near to the metro and bus stations, many locations with good food and beverage. The walls are very thin because I hear the conversations of guests and the plumbing noises coming from other rooms also. |

It is not too far away from Gare de Montparnasse but still in a quiet area and not on a busy road. Also there are a lot of nice bars and bistros around. |

Its location, which is a lovely neighbourhood, the size of the bedroom and bathroom, which are generous, and the friendly staff. The walls must be thin because I could hear the conversations of guests as well as plumbing noises coming from other rooms. As someone who likes to sleep in, these noises were particularly bothersome in the morning. |

Le patron met une ambiance familiale et familière. Très bien situé (métro ligne 13 à 5 mn) Rue calme dans un vrai quartier traditionnel (Pernety) Ascenseur plusieurs fois en panne. |

Da estadia a um preço económico numa zona bem localizada. Os recepcionistas deveriam falar Inglês, o que quase não aconteceu. Em 4 recepcionistas apenas uma falava inglês. Os quartos com vista para a traseira do edifício não são muito agradáveis. Algumas remodelações e renovações poderiam tornar o quarto mais acolhedor. |
