This hotel realy understands what a guest wants. The staf is friendly , personal attention and helpfull

This hotel was saved by the fact I proposed to my now fiancée whilst in Paris, the pictures on the wall were pleasant enough.

The hotel is not up to the three star standards it claims; the breakfast is shoddy, the night porter is unprofessional and unwelcoming, the room was small and not overly clean, and due to a mistake made by the day porter the stay ended up costing more than it should.

Staff was excellent.

Toilet did not work proper.

I liked the location and area, calm and pleasant, with restaurants, supermarket and metro just around the corner.

I did not like cleaning, especially in the bathroom, bathtub had mold.

Good location, reasonable price

Clean with good sized room and bathroom for a city. The staff were very helpful and multi lingual. The area is not too far out and there are several metro lines to choose from. The street is very quiet but there are lots of cafes, bistros, pattiseries, a supermarket, food shops, etc a few minutes away. Seemed good value compared to other Paris hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. They informed me how to go around the places and what are the places to buy electronic goods, perfumes etc..

Hotel was relaively clean, but need more care on the floors of the bathroom. Hotel was only 4 or 5 minutes from the Pernety Metro stop. There a few places to eat just down the street, and it was easy to get the Rue de Maine where many eateries and stores were available.

Took many (3) requests to get a lightbulb replaced in the light over the bed. Asked that no spray be used in the room due to allergy, and it was sprayed every day. (we stayed here 6 nights!) The breakfast for 9 euros per person was over charged and was not acceptable. Ate there once. Beds we had were in need of replacement. On arrival, only a single sheet between the bare mattress and you. Requested that changed first morning, and had to request a sheet/mattress cover from the night desk personnel on arriving back at the hotel in the evening. Not a place I'd stay again.

It was a great hotel to stay in- the location was really good, with local shops, bars, brasseries and places of interest either on the doorstep or accessible by metro. The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, and eager to help in any situation. The room was small, but that's Paris for you, and it was perfectly adequate, very comfortable and a delight to stay in. Definitely recommend this hotel- worth the price, and really very nice.

The only negatives were- there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room (tragedy for the English!) and the television didn't work. Although to be fair, we didn't ask about it and it's possible we just couldn't work it.

A localização é excelente com uma vizinhança simpática, com restaurante, boulangerie, mercado e outros serviços e conveniencias com um atendimento muito bom e agradável. A rua é muito calma e muito silenciosa. Todos os funcionários do Hotel foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos, se comunicam em vários idiomas e estão sempre prontos a ajudar. As acomodações são simples mas agradáveis.
