Very cozy small hotel with fantastic friendly and smiley personnel, who are always ready to go extra mile to satisfy your needs during the stay. My room was small, but nicely decorated and fresh. Bathrobes and slippers, small French balcony, satellite TV were available. Even being very close to the elevator, I didn't hear any noise. I will definitely stay at Arioso next time, when I come to Paris. |

Location was perfect - room was storybook perfect with balcony, table and chairs overlooking the rooftops of Paris. Small but wonderful room. I will return with my girlfriend for a romantic getaway. Wonderful restaurants in the area. Explore! Internet a complete rip-off and not in line with rest of hotel. Staff very friendly but not very knowledgable about local things. |

the design of the hotel because our room beside the lift, so we can hear the sound from it if its move up or down, the size of the room is small but its OK with me. |

The only things is bed sheet is really good, soft and warm. Service ? I don't know as i didn't get much service during my stay. Reception staff answer when you ask. First day (29/10) one man enter my room (503) with key card while we are reading map on the bed. 2nd day (30/10) at 10am the maid give us 3 loud knocking on my room door, I was a little shock of what happen, she told us that the room tag (make up room/ do not disturb) was not properly place at the door, I said this is not a big deal to give us 3 loud knock, ??? after that she said sorry. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, English speaking (and willing to do it!), smiling a lot and happy to receive you. Hotel and room was very clean, fair choice of food for breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom in good condition. The price we got was competitive when compared to others of a similar standard and location. Room is a bit small, but kind of what you expect in Paris. It's ok for two adults with a suitcase, although that does not leave too much room to walk around. But then again, you don't visit Paris to walk around your hotel room... . |

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great I had it delivered to my room and was cheaper than going to the breakfast room. The room itself was small but very very cosy. Only one minor thing, Internet is not 24 hours actual time which is how this was explained. It is only for the 24 hour period. But a very minor issue. |

Absolutely wonderful hotel appropriate for business and pleasure travelers alike. The staff were very friendly and the room was positively spotless. Best of all was the balcony which was accessible from our room (perfect for sipping wine on a warm summer evening). Although the accommodations were small, it was a charming room that was very well maintained. Located within walking distance of landmarks, shopping, restaurants, subway and train stations, yet very private and very quiet. |

friendly and extremely helpful staff, room was perfect, tiny but cozy, beautiful french parlor lobby, immaculate, internet access available, location was perfect for access to everything in the city. just around the corner from Metro... can't say enough good things! no, it was excellent in every way. |
