Quiet neighbourhood. Close to metro.
Lift was to slow. Rooms need some refurbishments
Helpful staff. Room was small, but that is to be expected when in Paris. Hotel was situated in a great location to the Arc De Triomphe, Eiffel Tower and main shopping strip. Definitely recommended
The whole experience
The location of the Arioso was fantastic! A block away from the Miromesnil metro stop. This made it easy to get everywhere. It was also easy for us to walk a short distance to the major department stores on Blvd. Haussman (the view from the top of Printemps is incredible) and to walk to many restaurants in the area (there are brasseries, an Italian restaurant, a great Chinese/Thai restaurant and a Starbucks close by). There is also a monoprix nearby which has groceries and clothing and everything else you can think of. Up the street from the hotel is a boulangerie with many pastries and bread options that were delicious. We also were a 10-15 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. As far as the rooms at Arioso go, we were a family of four - 2 adults and 2 teenage children - and we stayed in two rooms which shared one hallway/entrance. We could leave our room doors open and just close the hallway door to give us a suite type arrangement. We could also close each room door if we wanted privacy. It was perfect! Oh - one other benefit about our rooms was that our children's room had two twin beds which was so much better than them having to share a bed or a sofa bed. When looking for hotel rooms for a family of four - if we could find a shared/connected room - it seemed that the children would have to share a small bed or sofa bed which was not a good option for our older children. We didn't use the breakfast downstairs - instead preferred to order breakfast to our room each morning and it was delivered perfectly on time and hot. Before we even arrived at the hotel I exchanged many emails with a gentleman at the front desk named Marc. He was incredibly friendly and helpful - arranging transportation for us and a private tour guide (who was terrific!). His emails made me feel comfortable before we even arrived - as if we had a friend waiting for us in Paris.
We like the breakfast best in the hotel.
Good location and very friendly staff. We had two adjoining rooms which worked great for the 4 of us. Rooms were cosy and had everything we needed. Kids liked the breakfast and we all loved Paris. We would book again.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms couldn't be prettier also the staff is very helpful and friendly.
I didnt appreciate the drilling and hammering at 7:30 in the morning that happened the 2 mornings we stayed there. Also if you dont speak french you might have a problem with the tv that is all in french....
very pleasant and helpful staff. rooms are a bit on the small side but the comfort and ambience is lovely.
accessing wifi is a bit laborious.
Greet little hotel in good location for my business's
The hotel is charming.Good position Staff friendly, breakfast room and lounge quite small. Staff were very accommodating with regards to our young grandchildren...We would definitely use it again.
This is my favorite hotel for the last 6 years. Good location, excellent friendly staff, full set of amenities in the room, quietness. What else could you want?
Rooms are very small, but this is normal for Paris. And they are cozy anyway (and small terraces in some rooms are a good plus).
Quality of the coffee @ breakfast. Breakfast could be better: both the presentation and the quality.
I left a pair of earrings and the staff a week later when i called had them and gave them to me.
The rooms are tiny, but its Ok for Paris, lobby smelled bad.
Location of the hotel Friendly staff
Quality of the coffee! After so many years still no decent coffee.
Near gallery lafayette around 20 minutes walking . from metro 8 minutes the room is nice , bathroom is quite big for paris. distance to champ elysses around 6 minutes by taxi around 6 euro

Excellent location. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to stay there on our next trip to Paris.
Room was a bit too small, but I know what Paris is like
Wonderful place. Have stayed before. Great decor, linens, attention to details.
There was construction right outside our balcony beginning at 7:20 am. Could not sleep well after that and could not use balcony until after the construction workday. Was not provided this information upon making reservation and no financial consideration given for inconvenience.
Lovely room despite taking a simple double Very comfortable for a one night stay Easy to find and great location
Hotel was very warm
a very lovely hotel. the location is very convenience. Could walk to all the shopping area.
very small room.
clean rooms very well presented hotel.
Location, staff, beds
Overpriced, even for Paris. 3 person room was small, could be compared for normal double room. Little room for storing clothes ect.. Construction work next door started at 7 am. Small lobby.
We loved the location and the view from our room - the bathrooms were very nice with robes and slippers. The staff were helpful and accommodating with a late check out. We liked the quad room-- it was nice having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Our twin mattresses were obviously very old-- when we laid down, we sunk down into a bed-- felt like a hammock. The comforters looked filthy- but they did supply a nice extra white one that looked clean. The breakfast was very expensive for what you got.
Location, friendly personnel
