Hotel Arlequin  

Perfect location on edge of old part of Troyes with ample on street parking and plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance.. Makes a very convenient stop over between London and Luberon, would be equally good for City Break wknd.Staff very friendly and trying hard to please. Good breakfast with plenty of hot coffee and delicious croissants .. very good value .. we will be back!

Would have liked to be able to make a morning cuppa in the room. But staff assured me if i'd called down they would've brought one up!! Said 2** dont generally have inroom facilities..

Location is good, 5mins walk to the town centre where there's shopping and food.

The sound insulation is quite bad, we could hear somebody talking the next room, people walking around their room upstairs. There is no lift and there was no offer to help in anyway.

Good location close to the centre of this interesting city Breakfast was ok and the service was friendly and helpful Room for four people was spacious, clean and had an element of atmosphere and ambience. The historical element of the room and hotel was maintained without losing comfort.

Key to the room was a bit tempremental - we got locked in at one stage! However the staff were helpful and very efficient

Everything was great, this family run hotel is right in the heart of the old town. Was just one overnight stop from the south of france en route to zeebrugge. Will definitely stay again, lovely, clean room and shower spotless. Quiet. Breakfast typically french style but really nice.

Used it as a break coming back from Alps - comfortable room, fresh decor with charm, on street parking available nearby. Good location for exploring the town and good value

Proximity to old timber houses. Large room. Good value for money.

No lift but understandably due to historic nature of building.

Location on route to Morzine. Good size of room. Great bakery next door.

No Parking. Could not open any windows & room was very warm.

The hotel is situated in a very interesting area of this historic town. The staff were very helpfu, particularly the gentleman.The breakfast was good, but basic,with fresh fruit and juice. I would certainly stay again.

There is only one thing that I thought was not in keeping with an hotel; the centre curtain, which was nylon, had been washed and not ironed;I thought this lowered the tone of the room. This is only a minor complaint and wouldn;t take a lot of time to rectify.

Location right by the 16th Century City area. WiFi worked well in the room. Public car park nearby -2min walk. Free from 7pm to 9am. Good breakfast. Good value for money

Aircon didn't work in our room.Hotel staff tried to fix it but to no avail. Right on mian road but fairly quite late at night.

The location, the ease of booking, and the price. The bathrooms were private and although they left a dirty towel in there the first day, the rest was very clean.

The first staff behind the desk didn't give us accurate information about the free parking. It would be nice if someone there could speak English

We were given a big room-newly decorated.The location is good and access- with care-is good.

The staff-that we saw-were rather off-hand.The breakfast was dear so we did not have it.
