We were especially pleased with the young woman in reception when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful. She obtained detailed directions from the hotel to CDG for us from the Internet. On site parking would have been nice, but the public lot was only one and one-half block away. |

After staying in a horrible hotel in Paris, Hotel Arlequin was heaven...It was a drop of fresh air and the city of Troyes is so beautiful, it was worth the wait!!!! |

Parking possible at a reasonable rate nearby and friendly efficient staff. Rooms opened out onto a very noisy street. Trash collection at 5:15 on a Saturday morning spoit any possibility of a sleep in. |

F within the main room. riendly staff, the ease of access in the town and its proximity to the old part of the town. The family room was great value and had a seperate room for the children Decor was quirky and a bit eighties but not really a problem. |

Recently renovated spacious bathrooms, efforts to attractively decorate the hotel, location to old city centre, It would have been useful to have been able to find out on the site whether any of the rooms had twin beds (although perhaps there were none available when we booked). |

Good location close to town centre, staff very helpful, a great place to stay en route to Alps. Parking can be difficult, not hotels fault though. |

Position close to the centre of Troyes and a certain charm to the building. The staff was not overly friendly and the fact that the hotel keeps closing during the lunch break and early in the evening does not make it very friendly to customers who for example need to leave their baggage in storage after they have checked out. |

The staff were really friendly, they had lots of information/leaflets for tourists and, as someone who has never visited Troyes (but have wanted to for years) I was thrilled with the hotel's proximity to the charming, historic city centre. My room at the Hotel Arlequin was fairly basic but very comfortable and had everything I needed. The bathroom was modern and spotless. We had a wonderful stay. It is a shame that there is no free parking immediately next to the hotel, but I knew this beforehand so it wasn't a problem. This is not the hotel's fault, just a compromise with the hotel's ideal location in close proximity to the historic city centre. Many hotels are in the same situation so don't be put off by this, and there is ample free parking 300 metres away (and not a hill in sight!). |

The size of the rooms and baths were very unexpected. Staff very friendly and helpful even though there was a bit of language barrier we made it work. Location in the old part of town quiet enjoyable. |
