Hotel Arlequin  

Close to the city centre.

Hotel quite old however the rooms were in good condition and the staff were very freidly. I did not like parking my car in a public car park 5 mins walk away.

We liked its locaion - it is very close to the old main street but is also on the edge of downtown so parking may be easier than a few blocks down. The room was clean. Although the building itself is kind of old, the room was renovated and decorated properly.

The hotel is situated in a very interesting area of this historic town. The staff were very helpfu, particularly the gentleman.The breakfast was good, but basic,with fresh fruit and juice. I would certainly stay again.

There is only one thing that I thought was not in keeping with an hotel; the centre curtain, which was nylon, had been washed and not ironed;I thought this lowered the tone of the room. This is only a minor complaint and wouldn;t take a lot of time to rectify.

Excellent location,close to town centre, parking close by. Comfortable rooms and free wifi. Found this hotel 3 years ago and returned, not disappointed.

No parking and like all city centre hotels, very difficult to find safe easily accessible parking

convenience of location, very helpful and polite staff both in reception and dining room, clean bedroom with all necessary conveniences.

difficult to find if you have never been to Troyes before, even with Google map due to extensive one way system

Central location

The whole experience seemed soul less. The staff did their job but that was all.

We thought the hotel room had considerable character and several nice features, including tall windows. It was inexpensive considering its quality. And the hotel is conveniently located immediately close to two of Troyes' best streets of sixteenth-century timber-framed houses, as well as within easy walking distance of the shopping streets, the beautiful Church of St Madeleine (Troyes' oldest neighbourhood church) and the Cathedral of St Peter and St Paul.

Troyes is a wow place & location of hotel on the edge of the centre was excellent for sightseeing. Room a bit jaded (peeling wallpaper) but the bathroom was excellent. Overall good value.

Breakfast was adequate but limited chioce.

Value for money.

A little room for the guests to use in the evening I think would be appropriate. We had a family room, and clearly did not want to go to bed as early as our children. The patron would not let us sit in the room they use for breakfast,so we had to sit in the reception area to read/play games etc.
