Easy driving distance to the Camargue, good parking at hotel, helpful staff, good breakfast. Lack of bar facilities at weekend as this was the only place in the hotel to get a drink, coffee or snack.We found the accoustics in the breakfast room to be poor due to the noise made by the chairs on the floor which made conversation difficult. |

Free internet. During a warm period of the year...NO Airconditioning. Open the windows for a breeze and in come the mosquitoes, request air conditioning from the desk, yes it will be on in 10 minutes....no result. Public areas very attractive, rooms run down. |

Rooms were compact but modern. Hotel staff were very helpful. Buffet breakfast good. Location from city centre OK and free parking. |

Hotel was easy to find. Walking distance of the centre. Receptionist was very helpful with directions / map etc. We stayed on 11 October & the room was far too hot. We were told that the air conditioning had been switched off as they were not expecting it to be so hot. We were loaned a fan when we asked for one - but we had to have the window open which was noisy due to busy road nearby. |

The hotel is quite new, but the rooms look older, they are of medium comfort and the air conditioning was not working properly, but the hotel location is convinient to visit the city. |

Attractive hotel In general enjoyed our stay, but it would have been better if the cafe/bar had more on its evening menu and proper tables and chairs to eat it at. One of our nights was wet and we didn't want to walk back into town to the nearest restaurant. |

Next to very busy main road, but almost unheard. Easy walk to tourist spots/ restaurants. Parking no problem. Breakfast good. It's not exactly in a scenic spot, but for a night or so, to see Arles, it's perfectly fine. |

Modern decor of bedrooms Corridors not refurbished.Only room for 12 loungers around a small pool in large hotel. No garden to sit if pool area was full. |

Reception staff really went out of their way to help out during a difficult situation. The rooms were clean and pleasant. Parking very convenient for a city hotel. Location was convenient to all sights in the city. |
