I liked the location, very close to the eiffel tower. Very good value for money. Staff member at the reception was very friendly and helpful
The vending machine was not working to get even a bottle of water. Even when you are tired and don't feel like going out, I still had to go out to buy water
The location is good as the metro station is just 5 min walk.
Their is nthg specific as such, but language was bit of issue.
Location - close to attractions Public transport within 5 mins walk Staff very courteous
Very expensive for a 3 * hotel
-Very close to shops, pharmacies and restaurants/cafes and other services (taxis and the metro). -The staff were extremely nice and helpful. - Could see the top of the Eiffel tower from our room.
-We could hear a lot of what was going on in other rooms around ours, such as flushing toilets, showers, talking and other noises. -The shower wasn't that great but we managed.
There were too many bedbugs in my bed. they didn't even change our room. Finally we called to booking.com customer support to solve the problem. It was the worst place I've ever staid in my life.
It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.
There was musty smell on entering the lift. The room was tiny, dated, with a musty smell throughout. The furniture- I threw out better years ago, the beds crammed together. The breakfast was a very mean effort at a continental fare, slim pickings, for €12 a head! It was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. We couldn't wait to get out of there.
Reasonable price and in the middle of the city
Not many facilities in the room. E.g. Kettle, microwave, fridge.
Good location, kind and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely Eiffel tower view from hotel room
Close to Eiffel Tower Friendly receptionist
1) After booking a room I wrote a mail asking to send me a booking confirmation for a visa. Nothing happened, I called them and was told the manager will be tomorrow at 10 and nobody can send a confirmation before that. Ok, called at 10 next day, made it clear that I have a visa appointment next day and a manager said to send her an e-mail with details (!). I've sent an email immediately and got no answer. In 2 days (!), after applying for a visa I got this reply: >>> dear m ... ... AFTER WE CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION HAVE ANY CASH IN YOUR STAY ON YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT REFUND IF YOU CANCEL. BEST REGARDS <<< What? First of all what does this mean? My guess is they wanted me to prepay my booking for a VISA confirmation thinking I was going to cancel booking once I get a confirmation ! Anyway I received this a day after I applied for a VISA so I just answered that despite of them being very "friendly" I'm still planning to stay with them. 2) Small rooms, mirror broken, shower functional but not in a good condition, cracks on walls, 1 electric socket for a room, etc.
The owner was very nice and patient.
- Old rooms, old furniture. - Poor cleaning service. - The cleaning lady was horrible. - No value for money.
Unless we could use wifi in or room. Due to the nearest station is under constructions, but the location is good. You could go to Eiffel tower just by walk around 15-20 mins
When we arrived to hotel, the staff gave us key but didn't cleaned up the room. Just messed up so we have to wait until the cleaner finished her works. Poor soundproof and waterproof facilities, which the upstair leeks some water to our room.
Location, clean reasonable given the price
Small rooms, noisy
Very comfortable for 3 person. Had 3 separate beds in one medium sized room. Had a balcony where we could see tip of Eiffel tower. The area was good as well.
Everything was pretty Bad except for the breakfast that I Pay 12€ per day per person.
Except location everything is poor. There is a option for hot n cold water but only hot water is coming from tap n shower. We inform at hotel reception but they didn't fix it during my stay.
Location and facilities in transport and commerce
internet service very slow and inconstant
Location. The room I had on the 6th floor was very clean.
Lower floors were not as smart and clean as the upper floors
The workers were nice and proactive.
The value for money is horrible. The room has a smell of "not used for a long time", the lift has a strong smell of products to mask the uncleaness.
Room Cleanliness Room Smell
Location convenient near the Eiffel tower...perfect and easy walking distance to see it at night...absolutely stunning. Having a mini fridge in the room was very useful.
Breakfast was of low quality. It would be way cheaper to get pastries, bread, or milk and cereal, whatever it is you like for breakfast at one of the markets or boulangeries around the corner. Unfortunately for this summer season as well, the main metro line 6, usually near the hotel that takes you.directly to many different attractions wasn't running as it was under construction so the walk to the metro is further away. Be prepared to use the 8 or the 10 to get to the hotel if coming before September. Something to think about especially if you'll be arriving with a lot of baggage as I did.
+The location is a 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. +The staff are easier to talk to because they speak English.
Bed bugs! Be careful! They bring two twin size beds and push them together so if you wanted to cuddle with you spouse one of you will be in the crack of the bed. The bathroom is very small. The pictures show that you will be able to see the tower from your room window but I stayed on the top floor and then you couldn't see the tower from your room. But be warned that there are bed bugs in this hotel and I had to go to the hospital due to multple bed bug bites on my back and arms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Good WiFi speeds.
They don't have a kitchen. No food available except breakfast.
The room had bad air conditioning and it was expensive and breakfast was not included, this was the worst hotel I have ever been to so I advise you to not go there
