Vicinanza alla tour eiffel, comodo alla fermata metro, portiere cordiale nelle vicinanze immediate negozio alimentari, panetteria/pasticceria, ristorante koreano, thai, indiano, Nn ho usufruito della colazione in quanto il buffet non mi sembrava soddisfacente in funzione del prezzo |

ho apprezzato la comodita' alla stazione della metro per potere visitare la citta'. Albergo di qualita' scadente, poca pulizia nelle camere, clientela di dubbio gusto. |

Siamo stati davvero bene, l'hotel si trova in una zona centrale ed è raggiungibilissimo con la metro, e poi la nostra fortuna è che avevamo la miglior vista direttamente sulla tour eiffel nel prezzo poteva essere compresa almeno la colazione. |

La posizione, fermata metro a pochi passi, negozi nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso Non ho gradito la richiesta del pagamento anticipato all'arrivo in hotel (prima ancora della consegna della chiave della camera). |

Proximity to all tourist locations and Metro Needs repair work on bathroom shower enclosures and the bathroom towels really need replacing. Internet only available from 7am to 11pm in common area. |

Location is good, 2 min walking to the duoleix metro station. Roo, and especially bathroom, were big. It was a nice stay. Breakfast was poor, but there are lots of other breakfast possibilities around |

I was with my grandchildren age 14 and 16 and the location and beingable to see the Eiffel Tower from their room was a great plus.Our room by Paris standards was a good size for 3 people. You feel that you are in Paris and part of a community which you are able to enjoy and explore plus the easy access to Metro. I felt that the hotel looked very tired and could do with a thorough cleaning but thhis could well be because of the busy tourist season.However you could overlook the condition of the hotel as there was a great deal of construction going on creating a lot of dust. |

It was only 15 mins to The Eiffel Tower, plenty of places to eat. Stayed in better hotels in Paris. There was a funny smell in our room, bathroom and throughout the hotel. Lots of building work around the area. |

Literally 10 minutes by foot from the Eiffel Tower , very easy location. View of a Eiffel Tower from our windows. One of the staff was very nice. Room looked dirty and run down ( we found man’s brief under the bed- previous guest I presume). One of the staff wasn’t pleasant at all. Check in from 2.00 pm !!!! but check out at 11.00am. If you travel with the morning Eurostar, you either loosing half of the day waiting to freshen up and leave the language or go into town not very fresh and not very happy!!! |

The close proximity to the tourist areas I wanted to see in Paris The room was very basic, and the coffee and tea making facilities promised were not provided. But for a basic budget hotel in an area of Paris close to tourist attractions it was very good. |

Good location, very close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous unlike some French public service people we encountered during our stay. Decor could be up graded, bin in bedroom needed, elevator only allows 3 people at one time, 2 if you have luggage. Unable to book in till 2pm (late) out by 11am, no luggage hold, safe in bedroom was not working properly, |

The room was very clean and spacious compared to other rooms we stayed in within Europe.Very close to the Eiffel Tower and easy bus routes and trains available. The charge for the internet was very pricey, breakfast was an extra cost which is not always great to here in Paris!! |
