Arley Tour Eiffel

Só o facto de estar bem localizado e perto do metro e do facto de nos terem guardado a mala (depois do check out) até à hora de irmos apanhar o autocarro pra regressarmos a Portugal.

Houve várias coisas de que não gostámos. Logo à chegada o recepcionista foi extremamente desagradável porque qd lhe perguntei a que se devia os 6euros a mais do que estava à espera de pagar, puxou de uma calculadora e deu-ma pra eu fazer as contas. N soube explicar do que se tratava. O quarto deixou mt a desejar em termos de limpeza, inclusivamente tinha papel higiénico na sanita. O frigorifico estava uma porcaria bem como a casa de banho. As toalhas estavam todas desfiadas e os lençois com buracos. As tomadas estavam estragadas. Enfim...

Do atendimento do funcionario da turno noturno. Um verdadeiro gentleman. No entanto a atendente do periodo diurno era grosseira, esnobe e fria.

Uma diária de 100 euros para um quarto de frente para o fundo? Em cidades como Roma e Milão eu e minha irmão nos hospedamos em hoteis 4 estrelas que pareciam 5, por quase metade deste preço! Recomendo para este hotel uma reforma no banheiro e melhor atendimento durante o dia.

I was with my grandchildren age 14 and 16 and the location and beingable to see the Eiffel Tower from their room was a great plus.Our room by Paris standards was a good size for 3 people. You feel that you are in Paris and part of a community which you are able to enjoy and explore plus the easy access to Metro.

I felt that the hotel looked very tired and could do with a thorough cleaning but thhis could well be because of the busy tourist season.However you could overlook the condition of the hotel as there was a great deal of construction going on creating a lot of dust.

It was only 15 mins to The Eiffel Tower, plenty of places to eat.

Stayed in better hotels in Paris. There was a funny smell in our room, bathroom and throughout the hotel. Lots of building work around the area.

Staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke English fairly well.

Literally 10 minutes by foot from the Eiffel Tower , very easy location. View of a Eiffel Tower from our windows. One of the staff was very nice.

Room looked dirty and run down ( we found man’s brief under the bed- previous guest I presume). One of the staff wasn’t pleasant at all. Check in from 2.00 pm !!!! but check out at 11.00am. If you travel with the morning Eurostar, you either loosing half of the day waiting to freshen up and leave the language or go into town not very fresh and not very happy!!!

Good location, very close to the metro and Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff, very helpful and courteous unlike some French public service people we encountered during our stay.

Decor could be up graded, bin in bedroom needed, elevator only allows 3 people at one time, 2 if you have luggage. Unable to book in till 2pm (late) out by 11am, no luggage hold, safe in bedroom was not working properly,

It was close to the attractions that we wanted to see in Paris

Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from Tour Eiffel, very friendly staff, free internet.

The room could be small, but very comfortable. It was also clean, and great located. I hope to go back in the future.

The hotel is maybe a little bit expensive, according to the city.
