My partner and I liked the free internet cafe (open all night) and free hot drinks. The staff was quite helpful and the metro was close by and easy to use. In the room we liked the lcd tv and I was able to lock away my laptop in the safe. We would have preferred a double bed not two small beds |

Not worth the trouble. The hotel lost our reservation, our room (206+ most likely the hotel) was infested with ants. We left after finding the ants. There are much better places for a few dollars more. We are waiting for a refund on some phantom charges we were assured would be refunded. It was the worst place I have ever stayed and I lived in some ugly places while at university. Do not book... |

Great value for money! Includes a bathroom for 48euro when most other hotels have only shared bathroom rooms for this price. |

the rooms although on the small side were comfortable and very clean. reception staff were courteous and very helpfull. the bar and breakfast area were very small and at least one of the serving staff there discourteous and unhelpfull. having said that do not cosider it as a complaint. |

Hotel Armstrong is a good place to stay for a few nights in Paris. A little out from the city centre which made it a good experience. |

Kindness and commitment of staff Car park is a nightmare, not handy at all and not guaranteed, we had to put a car in another public (but secure) car park next block |

Clean room, near the metro station On the check out day,the elevator don't work so I had to carry my heavy baggage down the stair from 5th floor to the 1st floor, and the nearest metro station(Porte de Montreuil) don't have escalator or elevator. |

Clean, comfy, quiet, friendly staff, flat screen television in room, 5 euros for 24 hours internet or else a free wi-fi connection, although you pay an extra 8 euros for breakfast it's worth it - great continental breakfast! It's a pity that the hotel is located slightly out of the way in Zone 1 east but as a one night stop over it suited me very well. And as small detail would also have prefered to have had tea/coffee tray in the room. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle proved convenient at departure. No street noise. Corridor was narrow, room was small. Bathroom was badly sound-proofed. Too expensive for September. There should be no charge for 15-min usage of cable-net. Telephone from own room could be cheaper. |
