own private parking at reasonable price friendly staff free coffee in the lobby good WiFi nice to stay for the weekend
Noisy on the street if you leave your window open. bathroom is kind of small.
The only problem was - a very small room All other things were absolutely perfect - quiet place, clean ....
The rooms were good size also the hotel was situated near metro
The kids weren't happy that It didn't hv no English channels or kids tv on thy were disappointed !
The area didn't look too great but the hotel is near the peripherque and 2 minutes from the metro, which is why we booked it. Secure parking under hotel is a bonus when you have foreign plates (it's tight for a big car though) Rooms basic but everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Free Wi-fi also a bonus. Staff helpful and friendly - even when we asked for a late night drink.
No shower curtain - but we don't need to clean up so....... ! The weather was terrible for August!!
The staff were very helpful when we needed assistance. We desperately needed somewhere with private parking and were able to reserve one for two nights. It was £16 per day but this seemed to be standard in Paris.
Our room was very dated.
The hotel was an easy walk (5 mins) to the metro and then a short 20 min ride into the centre of Paris. Being able to park in the hotel underground car park was a bonus too. If you don't mind having breakfast on the go, there are a couple of good artisan bakeries close by where you can pick up some tasty pastries on your way into the city. Some good local restaurants nearby, but not a lot cheaper than the city.
The driving directions for finding the hotel had us getting a bit lost and it was only by chance in the end that we found it at all.
Super helpful and cooperative staff. Clean rooms.
The breakfast at 8 euros was a bit of a rip off. I'd say skip the breakfast at the hotel and head to the boulangerie down the road next to the metro. Very good croissants and much better value for money.
It was very kind and helpfull staff.
We arrived at 13:45 and had to wait till 14;45 to get in the room when it was supposed to be 14;00hrs, it wasn't cleaned yet. The room was very basic and small, wifi didn't work well in the room and there was a bad rather mufty smell. We couldn't use the bath only shower. The breakfast was very limited, only 3 industrial cheeses and some nutella. One type of juice, orange.
location, it´s close to a metro station, breakfast options nearby, staff spoke some English and were nice, OK quality for a good price
could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn´t bad at all wifi doesn´t work very well
Friendly staff and car parking facilities, although very narrow access
Wifi wasn't always working. Shower curtain would have been nice.
very close to the metro station, clean, staff work 24/7, there is a paid, but at acceptable price underground hotel parking
it is very far from the city centre (like 40 mins with the metro), but it is OK
it was comfortable close to the metro station
the location-to far from core the state of the sauna lack of staff availability very poor wifi connection in the room price of continental breakfast
I really liked that the hotel was within a 2 minute walking distance to the metro. The wifi worked perfectly in our room and even if it didn't they had computers downstairs. You can always grab coffee or tea downstairs as well. The front desk was always really pleasant. If you're not looking to spend a lot of money but want a decent hotel then this is a great one.
It was a bit small but I didn't mind. The showers didn't have curtains which was hard but definitely manageable. I would definitely stay there again.
Disinterested arrogant staff. poor faciliies, the elevatour broke down while we were there in a 5th floor room!!!!!!
- Attic room - Mr. Muhammad (Guy Staff) and his attempt to cope with awkward situation. - The responsibility of hotel manager.
- I'm OK with the room size and facilities. You get what you paid for,I knew. But shower area was too small even my sister's small asian figure couldn't move comfortably. - Security issue. Our luggage's combination lock were all changed EVERYTIME after we came back in every evening. Each of their key can't be move spontaneously which means somebody had tried to open it,though failed. My sister had noticed it in the first night then we had made a test and recorded the bunch of combination. They did changed. Of course, manager had tried to explain these situations (they were all impossible) and convinced us their housekeeper(s) were trustable and this kind of situation had had never happened before. Finally the manager/owner of hotel had offered the compensation by discounting our price as 3 nights instead 4 nights stay. I appreciated your responsibility.
it was reasonably priced, staff was friendly, and you could walk to get anything to eat
It is a little far out, but this is Paris the closer in you are the dearer, so all in all ok. From airport we had to change three times and lug our bags up stairs and down, exhausting but that's not the hotels fault we could have taken a taxi. The room is so tiny couldnt even put our bags anywhere we were jumping over them to get to the bathroom, but it is ok for a short stay. only had a fan but kept us cool enough. clean and tidy
location facilities kind staff
bathroom was very "essential"
close to the metro station staff is fine
The room is so small, different from the pictures they show online. Noisy since the soundproof is poor.
The location was ideal for touring around Paris
Room was far too small. The shower wasnt working properly and the staff because of poor english didnt understand when we told them. Thus we had 2 nights without a proper shower facility.
They do have parking..but still didnt use it..found parking in the street..its free on weekends. Very quite hotel. Nobody bothered us. Our friend basicly spend two days with us in the same room. With no issues... wifi wasnt so good on the 4th floor. In general it was ok.
Some staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant, however one evening staff member was very rude and unhelpful. Recommended wonderful restaurant. Balcony in room was great.
Location wasn't great, rooms were quite small, no shower curtain over bath so shower floods the bathroom.
Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions you had about Paris and the metro along with giving advice on restaurants. Beds were comfy, very close to metro.
Just make sure if you drive you reserve a parking spot in their garage. Street parking is very full.
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The onsite bar was an added bonus! The safe in the room was a good idea.
The rooms are small, especially the bathroom but it was adequate. There was no air-conditioning in the room so we had to leave the window open which meant some street noise.
ITS a quiet Parisian suburb with restaurants and services .
The car park was difficult to get in and out of with the car. They has power issues and and to reset the breaker box.
Metro station near Private Parking place Helpfull service employees Affordable price
Thin walls Loud corridor Tiny bathroom Rundown furnitures Very small parking lots
