The behaviour of the stuff. They were very helpful in any matter. My room had no window, but maybe this also was a good think because I didn't hear any noise.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lots of local restaurants nearby, excellent location very close to the centre de congres, capitole, st sernin. Free Wifi internet. Breakfast was nice, croissants & pain au choc. Rooms were fully air-conditioned. My room only had a window which overlooked the interior of the hotel, so it opened to the corridor running around the 2nd floor. Not ideal.

Good value hotel. Room was clean and newly decorated. Close to the university. There are plenty of restaurants near by. Also free Wifi which worked most of the time.

Un patio agréable. Dommage que cette chambre n'ait pas eu de vraie fenêtre. Pas de vue sur l'extérieur, pas d'aération possible, ou en ouvrant la porte ouverte !!!, sinon ça sent le renfermé. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Salle de bain très petite, la porte de la douche ne peut s'ouvrir qu'à moitié car elle est bloquée par le lavabo, une personne forte serait gênée. Une chambre côté rue doit être agréable. Attention au côté place pour le calme car elle est très animée le soir.

Le personnel a été réceptif à mes attentes,toujours avec le sourire,le confort est également à mettre en exergue,en cette période de grand froid la chambre était bien chauffée,sans oublier la propreté du logis qui est exemplaire.Pour finir la proximité avec les principaux centre de commerce fait que je repars satisfait de mon séjour à l'hotel arnaud bernard. Récemment rénové, patronne et personnel très sympathiques et charmants, décoration de bon goût, quartier très vivant mais double fenêtre dont une en double vitrage côté façade qui étouffe bien les bruits de la rue. Revêtement de sol de la salle de bain, irréprochable dans ma chambre mais qui peut devenir nid à microbes. Combiné vasque-robinet peu pratique (filet d'eau coulant presqu'au bord de la vasque.

L'accueil vraiment sympathique et sa situation dans un quartier animé. La porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, le lit bien trop vieux et qu'il faudrait changer rapidement. Pas de wi-fi non plus alors que c'est prévu.

Locatie uitstekend, budgethotel, personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam , wat verouderde, propere kamer, bed is goed Geen douche, er is wel een douchekop maar deze kan niet opgehangen worden en moet men zelf boven het hoofd houden wat niet praktisch is. TV: enkel Franse zenders Geen frigo

Nett, sauber, schöne Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Angestellte. Schöne Atmosphäre. Lage ist zwar sehr nah am Zentrum, aber in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft befindet sich der Haupt-Drogen-Umschlagplatz der Stadt. Dies führt zu Lärm und einem unsicheren Gefühl, sowohl tagsüber als auch abends. Das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig, sodass alles mitzubekommen ist.Und das durchgehend, da immer einige Gäste sehr spät kommen und andere schon wieder sehr früh aufbrechen. Empfehlenswert mit Einschränkungen!
