Score from 315 reviews Very good
Staff, the lady at reception was extremely nice and very helpful with everything when we stayed during August 10-11. Breakfast was tasty and the room, while small, was very cozy and we slept great. Also there's a little convince store across the street that sells drinks, fruit and other stuff. It was indeed 'convenient'...
The neighborhood looked a little shady at first but it turned out fine so the only negative thing is first impression.
i was very shocked that booking.com charged me for two nights twice the originally indicated amount >€320, whereas the orignal price was around €160. The hotel is in no way worth €300 per night. Be very careful to check the price of every night when booking for longer than one night!
Good location within walking distance of the Metro and some nice cafés and restaurants.
Rather noisy during the night ...the World Cup celebrations didn't help!!
Location in the Batignolles area which provides lots of dining options. Square des Batingolles is a nice are in general. Breakfast was at a reasonable price (€10).
My room was directly above the ground floor café and I couldn't spleep until 1:00 am when noise finally stopped. The hotel operators need to change the windows to improve sound proofing.
Great staff, very helpful! Very convenient location.
The hotel employee was very kind and the room was also very clean and comfortable.
The refrigerator was broken in my room and they coudn't fix it. So, I had to move another room 2 days after. I felt some incovenient about it.
Liked my room and helpfulness of most of staff
It would have been good to have a kettle and some coffee/tea
The receptionist, who asked me twice about my room number. First time was normal, because I was entering the hotel n it was 5.30pm, but the second time, it was in the morning n I was getting late for my meeting n she press the button not let me out, when I told her that how many times I hv to repeat, then I told her my room number again n also told her that my husband is inside the room, then she let me go. I really don't like her behaviour. This should not happen to other guests. The hotel should keep some professional people, who hv good memory power.
The rooms were always clean and staff were very helpful.
The lifts and the breakfast.
The rooms were clean and tidy every day, the decoration in the rooms was good for my taste, the people in the reception were helpful and kind. It was close to metro station and the neighborhood seemed safe.
Unfortunately our room was too small for two people. If you stay at the hotel only to sleep, you don't have a serious problem. Take into account that the amount of the first night will be blocked for a few days from your bank card even if you pay in cash. It's the policy of reservations. Unfortunately I didn't know this.
not much, honestly.
over rated by some. price was acceptable but value for money low.
Close to metro, so very easy to get around Paris. In a good area for eating out with a superb restaurant/bars next door.
Rooms are a little small, but that is to be expected for inner city Paris
Beds are so comfortable, room facing the front is nice, staff are lovely and helpful.
Everything was great
All you need for a weekend visit
Pretty small room
location is good. Metro is walking distance. free wifi
can hear people through walls!
location is not bad. Closest metro is less than 8 min walk. All main attractions are 3-4 metro stops away.
can hear people through walls.
nicely renovated building convenient
elevator is WAY TOOOO slow breakfast selection is very poor
Really nice hotel in a super nice neighbourhood of Paris, close to a lot of bars and restaurants and good for visiting the city.
Very convenient location in a lively neighborhood (not touristy-about 10min walk to metro station La Fourche). Small but nice and clean room with two large windows overlooking the rue Legendre and rue Lemercier intersection. Nice basic amenities: fridge, flat tv, safe box.
Good location and really friendly staff
All was good
* Open buffet breakfast * Clean * There are nice cafes and restaurants next to the hotel * Mini fridge
* The room we stayed was a bit small * A bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights due to the cafes and restaurants around the hotel
Everything is perect.i think if thry mention a big board infront of hotel in order recognize from far away then its much better.
The room was very small.
The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable and staff are polite and helpful. I felt that I had good value. These comments and ratings refer to Art Hotel Congres as we stayed there owing to the loss of our booking at the Art Hotel Batignolles. Good nearby Metro link to main sights of Paris. Batignolles has some good restaurants and cafes and we liked the little square and pretty park. There is a lively community feel to the area.
We arrived about 21:00 to be told that there was no room available at the Battignols Hotel despite our booking but they offered to transfer us to the Art Hotel Congres in the Epinettes which is a less attractive area and further away from our son's flat. We accepted their offer and were in fact happy with our four days there. We could have gone back to the Batignolles after one night but chose to remain at the Congres. On departure the person at the checkout was a bit unsure of herself and would have overcharged me (by mistake) by more than 50 Euros had I not already worked out what the bill should have been.
New refurbished, good location, shops are around, easy access to the central
