nice clean room (a bit tiny) friendly staff, elevator, air conditioning, it wasn't the best area, but we didn't bother about this, metro and railway station 3 minutes and 10 minutes walk from the hotel, even if you want to walk to the centre of Paris it takes you about 30 minutes

Comfortable, clean and smart hotel, particularly in Paris where hotel standards leave a little to be desired. Brochant Metro station is less than 5 minutes walk away, Montmartre and Sacre Coeur are also around a 15-minute walk away. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was a little on the small side, although this wasn't a huge problem for us as we were barely there. The hotel's situated in quite a poor area, although we never felt remotely threatened.

It was a great experience. We enjoyed staying there. Walking about 5 minutes from hotel to metro. Nice restaurants and some small shops around. Clean hotel, friendly staff. I liked the shower especially, I was afraid it would be not that good but it was great!

Good location, metro 13 just minutes away + plenty of shops, cafes and patisseries open till late near by. Hotel was clean, modern with a very comfortable bed. Speedy wifi connection. Staff was very friendly.

We were given a twin room but had so much luggage so asked if we could have a bigger room and they had one available do upgraded us free of charge. New modern hotel with clean facilities very comfortable beds.

Location is not prime, have to change to a few different lines to get to any of the big attractions.

Hotel is brand new. Rooms are very clean, quiet and well furnished. Free WI-Fi in the room works well. Quick walk to the nearest metro station, and also easy connection to the Boulevard Periphérique if you drive.

This area is not the greatest in Paris, but if you need to be on that side of town, this is one of the best hotels there, for sure.

Room and bathroom was clean and staff was speaking good English as well as was helpful in case something was needed.

A room was pretty small, but this is not problem at all when you stay in room only for some hours of sleep. Also, maybe area was not the best, but still ok.

This hotel is very clean, brand new, and the interior design is great. Breakfast is good, wifi is free, and staff is very friendly and professional.

At some point the wifi connection was slow. When we left, we mentioned it to the manager and she said we should have mentioned it to her, as she would have fixed it. So, if it happens to you, just cll reception!

Specifically asked for a double bed, but they gave us a room with two single beds with the beds 'attached'. The beds also had wheels so the feeling of a double bed was completely not there.

The room rate was excellent for Paris. Very clean and especially quiet. The breakfast was very good, as well. And there was a refrigerator in the room.

The room was a bit too small, but the rate and overall quality compensated for it.

Staff: Very friendly and helpfull.

Surroundings feel a bit unsafe if you walk around at night.

Breakfast was expensive so we went to local bakery every morning! Also kettle and tea in room would be nice

Breakfast is delicious and wide range of food was offered with good Nespresso coffee. Orange juice is also better quality not the usual dilluted liquid. Personnel was nice and polite and speak english very well. The metro is in 5 minutes walk. Restaurants are cheaper than in the city center. Bed is comfortable but two single ones next to eachother which may move appart. The street is quite.

Rooms are pretty small. You may hear some noises from the corridor.

The hotel was clean, great water pressure in the showers and the manager and front desk staff friendly and helpful. Reasonably close (5 min) walk to the Metro system. Good Wifi. Local restaurants in the area much cheaper than in Paris and good for breakfasts. We tried breakfast in the hotel on first morning but eating out is better. Overall for the price that we paid for 6 nights in Paris it was acceptable.

Rooms are very, very small. Bathroom even smaller, could barely fit one case in the room let alone two. Sleeping arrangements are either a small double or two singles, double was very small. Bath towel size matched the room. If you intend to spend much time in your room, then you may cope, but be warned, these rooms are very small. Our room was very noisy because it faced the road and all the traffic noise could be easily heard, especially in the early morning when rubbish trucks come along the small street. The street location appears to be in a undesirable location and also appears unsafe from the public hanging around, but we had no incidents walking around. I would not recommend walking alone at night except if with another person or group.
