Nice design generally and in room Helpful staff Excellent location
There was little sound insulation which really led to some problems sleeping Elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor--huff puff!
Spotlessly clean and modern room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.
The room was tiny, the bed was very small and the bathroom miniscule! We weren't keen on the area the hotel was in, there were homeless people on street corners close to the Metro......
Close to all staff very good rooms addiquite
The room was nice and clean, lovely bathroom and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were friendly.
Did not like the location. I was travelling with my 18 year old daughter and as 2 females we felt a little intimidated in the local streets in the evenings.
The hotel is in a less busy area on a quiet street, with a metro station nearby. There are several restaurants cheaper than the tourist area.
Cost-effective bad, recommend paying more and getting a little closer to the center. The desk attendant was bad, besides the mess on his desk, which causes a bad impression. Very small room for 411 euros for 4 nights.
friendly staff, especially young woman at the front desk opportunity to order tickets with discount to Disneyland in the hotel and tickets were delivered to the hotel discounts to several museums cleaning every day chance to have breakfast one day only, breakfast for two only € 12 near to the metro station Brochant, 5 minutes near to the nice restaurants
some hair in the bathroom the smell of the streets in the neighborhood - pee smell noises at night from other rooms - one pair had loooong sex and I had no interest to be part of their performance - ok, I am young too, but this was really annoying. You can hear really everything.
For the price you pay is a good choice for tight budgets. The treat of the staff is nice.
I was requested to pay at least the 50% in advance which is strange for a hotel.
Modern design. Close to metro station. English speaking staff.
Very small room. Expensive breakfast. No possibility to make/buy coffee or tea in the hotel.
the staff were very friendly and helpful, metro lines very close, lots of shops and restaurants close by and the hotel was very clean
Able to communicate in English, very friendly, 24 hour availability, bath! Breakfast was great.
Three metro and RER stations available. Less traffic noise: the hotel faces a small street. Large bed for one.
Relatively small room. No bathtub.
You can communicate with the staff tha speaks english fluently. Everything was fine and the hotel is in a quite area! Its not a luxury hotel but is all what u need to stay in Paris!!
The bed was a bit small but I am 2 meters so I guess this is not bad for most people. The breakfast isnt something special but its useful anyway.
The people working at the reception were nice.
I had to go down to ask for a receipt, then again to ask the détailsabout how to call using by bedroom phone (info were missing in my room), then again to ask for a remote control (missing). Knowing that I arrived late in the hotel, I would have prefered to have all info given on time and a room checked and ready.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, with fluent English. Good location as a base to travel to the major tourist sites. Clean, both in terms of the room itself and the hotel overall. Metro station and local food shops just a few minutes walk away on the main street.
Absolutely great staff! Will stay there again!
always enjoy our stay here, friendly helpful staff that do not push extras (like breakfast or local restaurants) modern, very clean, small but all you need for a few nights and easy walk to metro.
nothing!.... last time we had some noisy neighbors.
Hotel employees are friendly and professional, especially at the reception desk.
Great Staff Reasonably Priced although rooms was small but it was Paris afterall
Small Rooms No nearby restaurants that were decent Location
- very comfortable - decent breakfast - calm neighbourhood - not far from public transport
the position is the best, 200m from the Porte de Clichy station (yellow line - the most important). the lady of the hotel has been really kind and search for us a list of nogluten restaurant.
Room was very clean, bed comfortable and reasonably quiet, although small.
