It's nice and the location is ideal. Wifi connection was not good, maybe because our room was way up top.
The heater came on automatically sometime in the middle of the night, so we woke up boiling in the middle of the night.
Modern and clean rooms. New and working lift.
Size of room small, but normal for Paris.
Location is perfect, just opposite of the underground station. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
Smell in room was not so pleasent. It was cold as heating was provided by airconditioning system which is turned off after leaving the room. Especially cold was in the bathroom which was noit really convenient.
This is the 2nd time we use this hotel, 1st we came on our honeymoon and now we sent there our relatives for their wedding anniversary. In both the occasions they were very gentle. The rooms are very clean and cozy but small. The unexpected view on the tour Eiffel we were given was definitely a plus! The hotel is in a very good position; you can reach on foot monuments like the Tour Eiffel and Napoleon’s mausoleum and there is a metro station right in front of the hotel but it didn’t bother us with any noise during the night. The metro connects you with all the city and you are close to the train to Versailles too. The breakfast has a good choice of sweets. Good restaurants are available in the area (Le Cassenoix, Le Suffren, La Gauloise…). It is definitely a good choice for visiting Paris!
The rooms are small, but it is Paris’ standard almost everywhere.
the good service of the staff, specially Amy and Athanais, they were great.
The location for Eiffel Tower is great, around a 15 minute walk. It is well served by local eateries and shops. The hotel is directly across the road from the Metro. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Paris.
There is a supermarket, Metro station and a McDonalds beside the Hotel.
Noisy courtyard on ground floor
The Location was excellent, transport link to the door, Mcdonald's 2 doors down, supermarket across the street. Restaurants were plentiful. Short walk to eiffel tower or 2 stops on the metro. friendly staff, nice comfortable room. quiet location as little street noise.
on arrival the room could have been vacuumed much better, this was done the 2nd day.
Its really good hotel and the stuff are super nice, and its 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tour and the metro station is front of the hotel, I suggest this hotel for a couple who's looking for reasonable price and next to the most romantic place Eiffel toure,,
I like the location. Friendly staff.
Thin walls. I can hear people on the other side of our room. And the doors and walls of hotel needs some renovations.
That is the best! And the Metro going by gave us a lot of street activity. Shops and food close by.
Noisy area, not if you want peaceful surroundings.
Good size room with a great view over the Eiffel tower, very nice and helpful staff.
Nothing comes to mind, I tend to stay there every time I travel to Paris :)
A very walkable distance to the Eiffel Tower, great metro connections with three lines just across the road, lots of shops, bars and takeaways in the surrounding areas, but still quiet inside. Nice enclosed courtyard that a couple of the rooms lead on to directly.
More free toiletries would have been nice, but obviously not essential. : ) The room we were in was quite hot, and even in October the air con was essential.
- Excellent location - Metro station just walk within a minute - Department store with large supermarket & shops are be around the hotel - Sunday market is on the streets around the hotel. - Few minutes walk directly to the Eiffel Tower - Had the room with the view of Eiffel Tower - Staff are nice & friendly
It's good city hotel. Close enough to Eyfel, right opposite tube station, nice cafes around
Too small room and bathroom, but it's normal for Europe
I loved how easy it was to get to and from the Airport from here via Metro and RATP. It was clean and the bathroom was really nice. The rooms were quiet and it was a pleasant sleep.
The room was very very small. We were in Europe for 3 1/2 weeks and this was by far the smallest hotel room we had. We didn't expect North American sized hotel rooms, but this was tiny. We barely had room to have one suitcase open at a time between the two of us. Other than that it was a good experience.
The room and bathroom where good and the fact that you have a fridge in your room and the location . Would like to sttay again
The blow dryer not working .and the noise from street.
The Location of the Hotel is good.
I didn't like the way the staff working during on morning took care about your needs as guest, and that their recommendations about Paris were poor.
Even though I arrived pretty late, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, polite and helpful - a distinct contrast to some Paris hotels I have experienced. The lobby is small but neat, and the room was the same - that said, it was in line with expectations. I got a room on the top floor with a fab view of the Eiffel Tower through big double doors. Bed was comfy, bathroom was well-fitted. Super close to metro station
It is right beside an elevated metro line - it was more or less level with my room. The noise didn't bother me too much but it might disturb others.
Location,cleanliness,close to metro stasion (50m)
Price of breakfast 12 Euros
Art Hotel is near the metro station and bus stop, and on Sundays, there is a sort of farmer's market that pops up along Grenelle blvd. Had a great stay here! Some of the staff were not too friendly, but Athenaise (spelling?) was just lovely and so welcoming and helpful!
Lady assisting during breakfast was very rude and did not speak english. The staff sold us two tickets for Versailles saying that we would have skipped both lines (paying extra fees), but in reality they were just normal tickets.
Perfect location, Friendly staff, Value for money specially in Paris!
Breakfast was quite simple!! No kettel in the room and even no roomservice to have some thee or cofee in your room !!
