The room and bathroom where good and the fact that you have a fridge in your room and the location . Would like to sttay again
The blow dryer not working .and the noise from street.
Even though I arrived pretty late, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, polite and helpful - a distinct contrast to some Paris hotels I have experienced. The lobby is small but neat, and the room was the same - that said, it was in line with expectations. I got a room on the top floor with a fab view of the Eiffel Tower through big double doors. Bed was comfy, bathroom was well-fitted. Super close to metro station
It is right beside an elevated metro line - it was more or less level with my room. The noise didn't bother me too much but it might disturb others.
Art Hotel is near the metro station and bus stop, and on Sundays, there is a sort of farmer's market that pops up along Grenelle blvd. Had a great stay here! Some of the staff were not too friendly, but Athenaise (spelling?) was just lovely and so welcoming and helpful!
Lady assisting during breakfast was very rude and did not speak english. The staff sold us two tickets for Versailles saying that we would have skipped both lines (paying extra fees), but in reality they were just normal tickets.
Perfect location, Friendly staff, Value for money specially in Paris!
Breakfast was quite simple!! No kettel in the room and even no roomservice to have some thee or cofee in your room !!
location, staff, cleanliness
noise of the fridge in the room; air conditioner didn't cool well (but in general was it OK.)
Everything except the breakfast
Anything about the breakfast
The staff were very polite and helpful. The night receptionist (Sofi - hope spelling correct!) was very helpful when I had an early train to catch. Some rooms have Eiffel Tower views. Everything works well, and is clean. The large metro station is just across the road and lines connect to everywhere in Paris
Not the hotel's fault - but the metro station across the road which runs trains on many lines was closed for renovation. This is a major work project, so if you are staying for convenience of getting around , check first. It didn't bother me too much as I like walking, but not too great with luggage!
helpful staff close to metro station & bus station easy to find quiet room despite the crowded area
breakfast was poor, didn't refill the buffet so there wasn't much left to eat crowded street
I found the staff at this hotel so rude and unprofessional. I would never, ever, stay at this hotel again.
You're at La Motte-Picquet, a stone-throw away from Champ de Mars. What else would you hope for in Paris, in terms of location? Just perfect! A clean, very modern and spacious (by Parisian hotels' standards) hotel room and very helpful staff. I have been travelling to Paris at least twice a year for the last 5+ years and I can say that Art Hotel Eiffel is great value for money.
The breakfast is extremely poor. I felt cheated. Not enough options (or tables, for that matter). For this price, I recommend going across the street to one of the great cafés in the area.
The hotel is clean and new. The room is small but ok. It is in front of a metro station, so you can go everywhere.
The staff during the day was awful. We ask for a simple information and she told us to wait and starting to chatting on the phone. Is was not possible an early check in.
Everything was great! i should say this hotel is perfect! stuff was nice and friendly. thanks very much!
Value for money. , location , staff
Very nice location for reaching everything around the center. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. The breakfast was really nice. We enjoyed our stay.
Issues with wifi- could not connect.
perfect location, a best choice for enjoying the fireworks show on the 14 juillet, just 10 min walk to get back nice equipment with air conditioner, tv, large shower room, great view from the room, we could enjoy the tour effeil view from our room! convenient, monoprix at the corner
Not a lot of selection for breakfast
Walking distance to eiffel tower, could even see it from the room. Staff were incredibly helpful, went over and beyond to make the stay fun and relaxing. Will definitely stay there again. Have been to Paris a couple of times before and this was the best hotel experience to date.
The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly which made our stay much nicer.
Location. Located in city center right across the street from the metro station.
Room and bathroom were very small.
The position, nice big shower
The fridge only stared working the day we left!
location, nearby metro station, quiet room
we could not check in before 14 o'clock, no fresh fruit for breakfast
Location. Helpful staff
Clean and new! Great service for a 3* hotel, especially in Paris...
The hotel was very centrally located and just across the street from a Metro stop that serves or connects with other lines that go to all the major sites in the city Center. It is close enough to Eiffel Tower for a healthy walk or a 3-minute metro ride. There are many cafes, shops and restaurants right there or within a few blocks, including a pharmacy, grocery and an open air produce market on Wednesdays. Having a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, although pricey, was really nice, especially at night when you can watch the hourly light show from your window. The room was quiet for the most part. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff spoke English and was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs: getting TV operational, helping me access the internet on their lobby computer, giving directions and recommending local restaurants and shopping, etc.
For the price paid for a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, the room itself was a bit small, although adequate for 2 people who didn't spend much time in the room.
