The hotel is very clean, warm and quiet. The bed is comfortable, good reading lights and great shower in africa. The staff were helpful, approachable and friendly. Having to stand in the rain on the doorstep for 20 mins, because the hotel was closed when I arrived(French lunchtime). There is a mobile number to call, but they can't assume that international travellers have mobiles. |

The staff when there were helpful and breakfast was OK but you had to say the night before if you wanted certain items -- like coffee -- which one cannot be certain of wanting in morning and should be suplied as standard Although the booking said you could arrive from 12-00 onwards there was no one there when I arrived and you had to phone for an entry code. the room was clean but an empty drinks bottle had been left on table and it smelt musty. The water and toilet made a teriffic noise when used and the same noise was heard from other rooms |

I chose the hotel because it seemed different to all the others we have stayed in. I liked the idea of a different country in each room. We got Africa and it was great. What I like the most was that my children had their own room. They had been catered for properley and not just squeezed in on the floor like some hotels. It was very hot and we requested a fan for the room. The lady on reception was very helpful and it made our stay much more comfortable. Thank you. Breakfast was very nice, but not much room between the tables which made it a little difficult as it was self-service so lots of getting up and down. |

the staff were first class and polite, friendly, relaxed and so helpful. The environment is beautiful and very well decorated and furnished. Unfortunately, due to the hotel being fully booked, I was given a room they do not normally let. It only had a high up skylight window, out of reach. I was not made aware this could be opened so spent the night in extremely high temperatures feeling unable to sleep. I should have asked about this earlier, but when i wanted to ask, late evening, there was no staff at the front desk. I found out in the morning I could have had the window opened for me. |

This hotel was compact and quirky. Just a little different from a basic city hotel. The rooms are themed on a country. Ours was Thailand. Lovely. The shower was great. |

Very close to parks and railway station. Breakfast was a good 8 euro worth. Shower, toilet and wash basin facilities excellent. Very cramped ground floor room. Only suitable for a quick overnight stay. Could not stay in if the weather was bad. Nowhere to sit apart from the bed. Window looked out on to a very dingy tiny back yard. Not really worth the 88 euro including breakfast. Not like any of the themed rooms advertised on the website. |

The rooms were all individual and adequately spacious. Good shower. Very clean. Only a short walk to the centre of town. The hotel was very close to the magnificent railway station and beautiful park with fountains. However, outside the park in one corner 'ladies of the night' were openly plying their trade at all hours of the day. They did not spoil the enjoyment however. |

The rooms were not your average run-of-the mill generic hotel rooms. They were nicely decorated and a lot prettier than usual. They were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. the rooms were a little on the small side, and in one of the rooms there was no opening window, and so it was a little claustrophobic. Stairs were a little difficult for my aged mother. |
