Location - adjacent the train station.

This is a cheap make-over of an old hotel that is trying to belong to the Accor chain as an upscale IBIS. Our first room was their larger room with balcony; on the busy street side and with single pane sliding-glass doors and insufficient air-conditioning, so that sleeping was only possible between 2 AM and 7 AM. However, the hotel insisted I take the larger room because I had booked that size. The next day we insisted on one of the smaller rooms on the other side of the building. Sleeping was better but the room had holes in the plaster, and the shower fixture broke apart in my hand. The breakfast was close to as good as most regular IBISs but fell short with an inferior coffee maker and smaller selection of cakes, etc. Staff was uppity, rude, and inefficient. In short, skip it – poor value, service, and quality; there are many better deals in the area, as well.

hotel was very central in the town ,staff were excellent and the room were clean. Hotel is clean and modern but lifts are really old & small and noisy. free coffee and tea all day. best prices are in the hotel bar to buy a drink when compared to local bars etc. It is much cheaper to drink at the hotel. very relaxed.

finding the entrance is very diffitcult , it is opposite the police station on a one way street and not easy to find entrance on sat nav. . hotel cleaners stopped providing soap etc after 2nd day. Parking is extra and no parking in front of hotel. Parking is not linked to hotel and must be paid for in cash to hotel. Noise is a problem from the nearby rail station. Breakfast is good and generous but could benefit from some variation of the items offered. rooms need a small fridge installed for guests.

It's close to the station for Monte Carlo. There is safe parking for the car. The air conditioning works well.

The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean. We had a look on the beach from the room. (This was a "Superior" room, not a "Economy", so I don't know, how the normal rooms are.) The hotel is very close to the train station, so you can reach easily Monaco or Nice.

Warm friendly welcome. We had arrived early but room was made available. Very helpful staff. Room was clean and modern with balcony and shower room, air conditioning and free wifi. Hotel is well positioned for the beach, port, railway station and local bus service - 1€ anywhere between Nice & Monaco! Overall we considered this to be a very good value hotel and would certainly visit again.

Air conditioning did struggle during the heatwave at the time - 35+ degrees.

Acceuil, emplacement central de l'hotel, propreté des lieux. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié dans une salle agréable. Hotel calme

Chambre très (trop) petite, surtout à 3 (2 adultes, 1 enfant). Il n'est pas possible de déplier sa valise et de la laisser ouverte. Quand le canapé lit est déplié il manque cruellement d'espace. Dommage, 3 à 4 m2 ne serait pas du luxe

Juste un peu bruyant tôt le matin (circulation) autrement rien à dire...

Nous avons aimé: la décoration, la modernité de la chambre, l'accueil, les services proposés pour un couple voyageant avec un bébé (chaise haute, micro-ondes, jeux, etc.), le petit-déjeuner excellent et varié, le personnel est très accueillant et compétent. L'hôtel est situé à 200 m de la gare et d'un supermarché flambant neuf et très bien achalandé.

Les quelques points négatifs: il manque quelques crochets dans la salle de bains (pour accrocher des serviettes, des vêtements) et il n'y a rien pour poser son gel douche/shampoing dans la douche. Sinon, rien à redire sur la chambre. L'hôtel est encore en travaux et les finitions ne sont pas terminées (plinthes inexistantes à certains endroits, murs abîmés au niveaux des ascenseurs, etc.). Sinon, l'hôtel est très satisfaisant!

Proximité de la gare favorisant les déplacements tout au long de la cote entre Vintimille et Cannes

Bruit de la voie ferréee proche.

La vue sur la mer à quelques mètres de la gare et du réseau de bus (plus avantageux) Petit déjeuner somptueux. Et surtout, un personnel attentif et attentionné pour le client avec beaucoup de naturel sans obséquiosité.

L'éclairage insuffisant de la chambre. Le shampoing-gel-douche (d'une grande marque locale) à disposition le premier jour seulement.
