The situation of the hotel is good, close to Gare du Nord and metro stations. The room was very small and it wasn't recently renovated as marked as information. |

This is not a three star hotel. I was in several cities over a two week period and stayed at five two and three star hotels. This was the worst hotel of the five. I've been to Paris over a dozen times and this was the second worst I have stayed. It was hard to understand why this was listed as a three star hotel. |

It was very clean and neat. They did clean our room every day and changed towels and sheets. Location was very convenient. It was close to Gare du Nord and metro station Poisonneire. It is perfect for people who came to explore the city and need hotel for a comfortable night. We stayed in double room and it was quite small. We stayed at the end of May and had to use air-conditioner all the time since it was hot in the room. Double room is not suitable for a family with a little kid. It is too small. |

The pictures of this Hotel are misleading. Our double room could only be descibed as a single, though it contained two small single beds with no space between them. There little space available to move about. The curtains were dirty and covered in make-up. The toilet seat was broken and tiles that were falling off the walls were being held in place by brown tape. |

I was looking for one of those elusive hotels people rave about but are almost impossible to find. Art Hotel was exactly what I wanted. The location was fantastic, the room, though small, was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. Breakfast was mediocre but there were sensational patisseries and cafes around the corner that were experiences in themselves. Who needs a fancy lobby? No complaints except for the funky shower but then this is France. |

The rooms are way too small, even for Paris. Nothing to do with art, nor design. |
