The hotel is very well situated, 2 min from Poissoniere metro station and 15 min to the Opera, the room I got was spacious (for a parisian standard, of course) and had a recently renovated bathroom - looked really good. |

The staff is very kind and helpful and able to speak english on sufficient level. Special recommendation - the rooms nr. 701 and 702 have got a great view - the top of Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur are visible (if there were not fog :-)). The hotel is well situated realy close to the Garre du Nord and Garre du Est. |

Close to Nord station. On one of the days during our visit we came back after a whole day in the city to find our hotel room door wide open. This was probably left open by the maid as there was a bunch of keys holding the door open (which must have been to the other door rooms!). The receptionist was reluctant to investigate and only came upstairs once we informed him about the bunch of keys! Thankfully none of our possessions were stolen however they could have easily been. Another incident occurred when we were given the bill for our stay and found out that we were charged for 8 breakfast meals when we only took 2! |

it was close to a few big train stations, which gave it more edge if you were using the underground. it really wasn't all that clean. Stains on the bed spread and drop curtains that really should have been dealt with at some stage. |

proximaty to train station and cafes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful It was very run down. Rooms small. I am not a big person and could barely fit into the shower. Shower recess had bits missing on the shower rose connection with some mould around the tiles. Did not have even a small fridge or ability to make tea and coffe anywhere in the hotel either in my extremely small room or anywher in the hotel |

Quite decent. Price and location are good. Room size was ok. Seemed clean. Was a bit of a pain to get there by car but not impossible. |

Air con was great; pillows lovely Would have been nice to have tea making facilities or at least a bar fridge; whilst the bathroom was newish, the shower was sooooo small.... I am not a large person (size 10). It was like showering in a closet, you bumped your arms on the sides just washing your hair. |

Small hotel conveniently situated near the Gard du Nord. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and the breakfast value for money for Paris. overall, we had a comfortable stay and will stay again in the future. Room was rather small - a friend and I had booked a twin, but the two single beds were pushed together, with no space in-between. |

Comfort. There was no iron that could be used. Even one that could be used by everyone. It would have been useful if one could be provided even by taking a deposit. |

short ways to train station gare du nord with airport connection and mont martre and canal at villette. Make the WLan connection work in the rooms - throw out the old furniture - better windows that close properly - proper locking system for the room doors so people don't get locked up - bigger beds/rooms though are a dream that won't come true. |

Art Hotel is really close from the Gare du Nord; the immediate surroundings of the Gare are not that great but the atmosphere changes almost instantly once you get to the hotel. It turns out to be in a very nice neighborhood after all. The staff did not speak good English but were very nice and attentive. My room was not on a street side, so it was very quiet at night. Planty of hot water, nice shower. There was a little problem with water drainage in the bathroom sink on my first night but it was fixed next day. |

Friendly place in style and atmosphere, close to the Gare du Nord, however quiet and comfortable. For me rather an 8 than the average 7. |

The situation of the hotel is good, close to Gare du Nord and metro stations. The room was very small and it wasn't recently renovated as marked as information. |

This is not a three star hotel. I was in several cities over a two week period and stayed at five two and three star hotels. This was the worst hotel of the five. I've been to Paris over a dozen times and this was the second worst I have stayed. It was hard to understand why this was listed as a three star hotel. |
