Location, free internet service, wonderful young lady who helped us with all of our questions and was very friendly and warm. The toilet seat was broken and apparently had been that way for a very long time according to the housekeeping lady. |

The owner is very friendly and offers personnalized service. I enjoyed the bath (instead of commonly found shower). I was facing the street and it was not so quiet during the night, but I had 3 large windows for plenty of sun in the morning. The curtains in the bathroom wouldn't allow complete privacy. The lock of the door was hard to handle. |

It was relatively inexpensive and very close to the center of the city. We walked three blocks to the cathedral. The staff was very helpful. It was not very comfortable. The street has bars that were open most of the night with noisy patrons in the street. |

The patron was friendly and helpful and always available. The rooms seemed to have been recently redecorated and refurnished and were in good order. The double glazing kept out most of the noise. The street noise at night was intermittently loud with shouting and banging of bins. The communal staircase was a bit dingy. |

Le gérant est très accueillant. La literie est en bon état. Très bonne isolation phonique. Le vis à vis dans la chambre que j'ai occupée : des rideaux en voilage seraient nécessaires. L'entrée obligatoire par l'arrière-cour le soir après 20h00 est stressante pour une femme seule. |
