Nice position and price
Quite simple hotel
This hotel is situated just round the corner, a mere five minutes walk. away from the Course Mirabeau, and the centre of the old town. Clean, quiet, air conditioned with television and good bathroom/toilet. Staff very friendly and obliging.
the wifi could be faster. Every hotel room in Provence should have a little fridge for storing cool drinks and purchases bought at the markets for consumption in picnics later
location and 24h reception
room towards the street can be a bit noisy when you like sleeping with your window open
Staff are friendly and thoughtful, location is near main tourist street Cours Mirabeau and other spots.
The room is not clean enough, especially the sheets, made my face a little bit allergy. Far from Gare Routière (bus station to TGV station), if you have heavy luggage, probably need a taxi.
Clean, nice location and friendly staff, great comfy bed.
Really tiny room, hardly enough space to open your suitcase.
Perfect place to stay when you explore Aix-en-provence. The atmosphere is authentic and natural, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms perfect!!
Inexpensive hotel in the centre of Aix, in a quiet area. Continental breakfast which perfectly meets my needs for 7€. Excellent bed. Airconditioning.
There is no elevator and the staircase is rather narrow.
Size of room/Mattress not good/Internet
Person at the reception was kind.
Friendly reception staff and breakfast ladies. Breakfast good value for 7Euros. Clean, comfortable room. Well situated for the town centre, main bus and SNCF station.
I don't really have any dislikes except, maybe, for the Wi-Fi quality but that does not reflect badly on the value for money and location of the hotel.
conveniently located in the centre, clean, friendly and helpful staff
room was a bit tiny
The king size bed was as comfy as a cloud. Very clean in a great location.
The wifi wouldn't connect to our second ipad. The shower leaked however the staff attended to it immediately.
Location is excellent (10 minutes by foot to Mirabo street), nice small street and cafe next to the hotel. Room was small, but not bad. The reasonable price for one-two nights in the center. Ask for a quiet room while booking (with windows to the yard)!!
Room 11 was so loud that I can't sleep: first flow, window in front of bulevard with vehicles. You can't close the window because the AC smells terrible and you need some fresh air. Even more there is a street lantern next to your window and all the night you sleep like on the street. You can't feel yourself in safety, you sleep like a homeless.
clean, comfortable, contemporary rooms.
the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom, it was very very low. I'm only of average height and I had to sit on the floor to brush my hair infront of it. Be aware: checkin is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am!!
Location, price, cleanliness
The noise - you could hear almost everything from the neighbouring rooms - and the smell of disinfectant after the room had been cleaned.
The shower overflowed and didn't drain fast enough so I got a few clothes wet but aside from that I was pleased
The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was very nice.
Our room was tiny and noisy, facing the Blvd Carnot.
Hotel is nearby the city center.
The staff cannot speak English
Staff cannot speak English and she tried to help us out. The room is tiny but it does not bother me. It's cheap and very appropriate for backpackers like me.
No stairs. No wifi in room.
staff, small room
Hotel is well located and staff is very kind.
It is noisy there around and room is quite small.
The hotel is well located and one can go in round the clock without problems because there is a person in a reception during the night. The staff was very helpful and polite.
The shower was leaky and water almost got into the room.
They did not speak english! Closing the blinds left me with feelig really isolated in the room.
Location and price were good. Apartment was big.
Kitchen items were not clean. Wifi was sketchy. Lobby smelled really bad.
Location just on the periphery of the historic district is great. We were able to park on the street overnight and there is a reasonable public pay car park several blocks away. The back door is available till very late but you have to wake the clerk up.
The room is extremely small, barely bigger than a double bed. Also, the main road that the hotel is on, Blvd Carnot is extremely busy during the morning and evening commuting hours.
