Artus Hotel  

The physical environment inside the hotel is superb; beautiful, stylish and functional. The lobby is the perfect place to 'regroup and recoup' during a busy day around the city.The staff is very efficient, kind and gives excellent personal service. We loved the 'honor bar". The location is excellent for sightseeing around Paris, and even though the hotel is near a busy corner (a plus!) the room is quiet if you want to close the windows for sleeping (good climate control). The rooms are small, but big enough and they exhibit the excellent design features present throughout the hotel.

Artus Hotel's location was the best. It's very very close to two different metro lines and a bus stop which has a great line for tourists (95). Another great thing about the hotel is the hotel staff. They were very helpful and very kind to us. they always made us feel at home during our stay. We love them and recomend the hotel to everyone.

I think Sanjay, the concierge made my hotel stay comfortable and therefore enjoyable. No issue or request was too difficult or not greeted with a can do response.

Very well-located for most main sights (close to Louvre, Notre-Dame) and to a variety of good value restaurants and cafes/bars. Also close to metro station. Room was small but clean and fully adequate for our purposes, a base for exploring Paris. No noise distractions in our room. The area around the hotel was lively but felt comfortable and safe.

We did think it was a bit expensive for what you got, but this is probably a factor of location in central Paris - paying for convenience. We chose to have breakfast in local cafes - much cheaper and only a minute's walk.

Excellent location ad we could walk everywhere. Room was great and with the windows closed we could hear nothing from the street!

The only thing was there was a lush shop next door and with the window open that's all we could smell.

The location if this hotel can simply not be beaten in saint germain the street is full of cafes and art galleries and walking distance to most main attractions. Also close to two metros. Theconcierge Sanjay made our trip! His helpfulness and friendliness made our trip a joy! We will be back!

The hotel is great, with great location with everything on foot or metro very close if you like. The decoration is very nice and confortable, the rooms are a bit small but as usual all the hotels in europe, nothing that makes you unconfortable. The staff is wonderfull, everybody helpfull and kind. We love the hotel and definetly would be back!

Wonderful location in St Germaine. Very helpful, gay friendly staff. Great, cozy rooms with especially nice bathrooms. Right in the heart of Paris shopping and restaurants on the Left Bank.

Excellent locaton both to have shopping and to visit Parisi. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The hotel is located in a perfect place, close to shopping erea and sightseeing The service and the staff are excellent! I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family

Modern and clean, good condition, staff very helpful, convenient location, great area, wonderful bedding, double pane windows, blackout shades, quality amenities, stocked fridge, coffe/tea pot. Robes and slipers!!

Our twin room was very small with a less than ideal layout. We are thin people with little luggage. Still, only one person could get ready in the bathroom at a time. Just enough room to walk around the bed. Our son's queen room had a much better layout with more open space in bedroom and bath. I know hotels are like this in Paris, but I think we were paying for the great location. So crowded we could hardly walk down the street. Restaurants overflowing. We've been to Paris 18 times and know many areas. We love St. Germain best, but I fear this street, rue de Buci, has just gotten too popular to be fun any more. If you like smoking and crowds, this is ideal for you.
