Artus Hotel

First of all, Sanjay, the front desk manager/concierge, is almost worth staying there for. He is a ninja of information and wonderful to deal with. He's been there 13 years. Very comfortable beds and really great linens. The superior rooms have stand-up marble showers (a must for me in France). Great location. Updated window fixtures cut out almost all noise from street. Modern and clean, albeit small of course (this is Paris...). Would stay there again, superior room. Great staff, very very friendly and quaint. Not an old creaky hotel, nicely updated.

Sanjay was incredibly helpful. The other staff were a bit "sketchy" in the evenings.

The hotel is in a great location in the 6eme. You can find all the great cafes and restaurants within two blocks and it is about 50m from the Mabillon metro stop. The rooms are tiny (~ 20 sq. meters), but the efficient use of space and cool design elements are impressive. The windows have good sound insulation which is important because Rue de Buci can get loud on a weekend night.

The location in central Paris was good; it was easy to walk to many places and get to the Metro. Several restaurants and shops were nearby and a great grocery store was pretty much across the street. We got our breakfast there. The staff was nice and helpful, especially Sanjay. Room was small but we weren't in it much, so it was just fine.

The breakfast was okay but not really great. Also it was kind of hot in the room, so we had to open the window to cool things down. We were overlooking a street and it was quite noisy with the window opened.

excellent staff... very friendly + helpful. great location on left bank. clean, modern decor. nice lobby with bar for meeting clients, friends etc. free internet and convenient reading lamps above bed.

De hete verwarmings pijp in de bad kamer om handdoeken te verwarmen. Ik heb m'n arm heel erg verbrand . Het vel is er af gebrand en ik heb nog steeds een open wond

Mooi en netjes hotel centraal gelegen in Parijs op loopafstand van de verschillende wijken van Parijs. Met name de ligging nabij goede restaurants, leuke cafe's om lekker uit te rusten op het terras en een uitgebreide supermarkt was erg gemakkelijk.

la camera era veramente piccola, ma fondamentalmente in linea con lo standard francese. La doccia non ha protezione quindi il pavimento si allaga ogni qual volta che si fa una doccia e questo è sgradevole.
