Location location location... The staff reserved our requested restaurants for us!
The rooms are not big, but then, this is Paris... It isn't cheep...
Location Staff Wfi Air conditioning
Small room Breakfast varity limited though quality is very good
Location excellent, so easy to get to and close to the metro station. Very friendly staff and clean room
A little expensive
Excellent location in a vibrant area. Tea and coffee making facilities in-room were much appreciated. A smaller sized boutique hotel that was comfortable and good value.
The staff are very welcoming and happy to help with queries. They made us feel special. Rooms are snug, but beautifully decorated in the retro style which gives the hotel a unique feel. You are in the centre of shops, restaurants and a buzzing street life.
On the expensive side - but this is Paris and the location is worth it. Snacks and minibar definitely very expensive!
Proximity to major sites, good restaurants. Recommendations of staff were very good regarding eating establishments. Proximity to cultural sites and shopping excellent.
More health club facilities or gym equipment. Rooms warm and street noise an issue.
Perfect place! Highly recommended!
Room setup & amenities Front desk staff, so helpful Location of hotel, loved the ability to hop on the metro or walk to my destinations
Although I placed my Do Not Disturb sign for two mornings on door, my room was entered anyway. The first morning it was fully made up and the second time my coffee cup and wine glass were replaced. I specifically placed the sign on the door as I did not want my room entered.
Location and staff
The space was a little claustrofobic.
The Artus is a superb hotel in an absolutely excellent location. The Staff are always most helpful. Breakfast is very good. The bathrooms are modern. The Rue de Buci is alive with bars and restaurants.
We were actually booked at Hotel de Buci which was a few meters away, excellent location, friendly and accomodating staff, with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Carrefour next door.
Location - right in the thick of St Germain but not noisy Room - spacious and luxurious Staff - helpful and friendly Jacuzzi bath
Many things to like: friendly staff, size of room, modern shower, location.
There was a persistent knocking sound from what seemed like a loose fan above our room that disrupted our sleep. No doubt this can and will be fixed but on a one-night stay, it was annoying.
Excellent location, clean room, well functioning shower, friendly staff.
Welcoming and helpful staff Great design and look, so interesting Location Room design, bathroom fabulous
I realise this is picky but I would like some healthy meusli for breakfast (ie no sugar, no chocolate) but this is a small thing!!
The staff are helpful especially the Concierge Chief Sanjay.
Room too small
A wonderful experience for a young couple!
This hotel is my home away from home in Paris. The location is unbeatable, the staff is amazing, the rooms are cozy and comfortable.
Squeaky elevator door, not a big deal. Bathroom sink a little weathered.
First the concierge and front seat were amazing. The concierge emailed me to see if I had any questions before arrival. I inquired about how best to arrive and was emailed several options to choose from. Arrival went seemless thanks to this help. We were on our honeymoon and after check in they sent up a bottle of bubbly for us to celebrate, a wonderful touch. The staff was pleasant and always helpful with anyof our questions. We our last night there we wanted to see a burlesque show and after some attempts to navigate the show's website (ps the wifi works great and I was able to download apps for our trip from the room) I asked the frontdeak and they were able to call the venue and set up tickets for us to pick up...once again perfect. As we left, banquette and cafe au lait in hand from one of the many cafés near by, we were sent off in a car service they had arranged for our trip to Orly to our next destination. We will surely be back to Paris and staying here again would be wonderful. So close to the Louvre, Notre Dame and so many other sights...not to mention the cafés!
Bed was a little hard for my liking, the hubby loved it though.
Location, comfortable and quiet rooms
Very well appointed, location on Rue de Buci (one of Paris' nicest streets) is great, attractions are a stone throw away. Staff was very helpful, they made reservations for us at a hard to get restaurant. We were upgraded to one of their best rooms.
Very comfortable bed. Location and breakfast was great. Very quiet room.
Great location Friendly staff Good WI-FI Good air conditioning
Breakfast buffet was somewhat limited and with no change during our 7 day stay
Friendly staff. The Chief Concierge, Sanjay, is very helpful. He follows through to make sure your stay is excellent. The location is superb.
The breakfast service can be improved. The coffee is weak and the service is slow. The breakfast buffet could be improved with better eggs. Replenishing items when they are low should happen, but doesn't occur in a timely fashion.
Perfectly located on Rue de Buci (one of the most beautiful streets in the Quartier Latin), this excellent little hotel has very friendly staff, rooms are very well appointed, wifi works great.
Rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but this is typical in Paris.
