The staff were very friendly and helpful, including offering us umbrellas when it looked as if it might rain while we were out. The breakfast room was delightful and the rooms very comfortable. The location is very handy for the centre of Vichy yet very peaceful. We would certainly stay here again. |

Staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Lovely room and great to have a lift to get to it with all of our bags after a long journey. It would have been great to have a kettle in the room. |

The desk staff didn't speak fluent English but enough to get by very well with my broken French, they were very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful with pointing out where the restaurants were which was good as we only had a very short evening there due to arriving late. There was a private garage within easy walking distance. The room was a little 'shabby' (we had an attic room) and the bathroom could do with a lick of paint but nothing really major and it is a 2 star. |

The room was very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The couple who run this hotel couldn't be nicer. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating. We were very pleased. |
