The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were most gracious and spoke english well. Breakfast with the garden setting was nice and the interior courtyard was pleasant and private. The rooms are a little small, but pleasant.

The overall impression was of a hotel in keeping with the general atmostphere of Vichy, a grand spa town of the early 20th century.The managers/staff were very friendly and the situation of the breakfast room by a pleasant courtyard was a delight. Not a real complaint - The hotel has a garage away from its location to which our car was taken and returned when we were ready to leave, there is no adjacent parking so you needed to be aware that you need to take all items you might possibly want to your room on arrival.

Helpful, friendly attitude of staff. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast in attractive garden. Good location to explore town. No English news programme on TV. Window curtains not easy to move!!

We received a very warm welcome from the owners who speak perfect English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good. The hotel is well placed in a quiet suburb within easy walking distance of the city.

It promised what it delivered. Room was plainly furnished but everything comfortable and worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast room a bit austere and unwelcoming.

The friendly persons that manage this hotel were very nice and helpful , the breakfast was good, very good. In fact I'm surprised that hotel has only 2**, after my vacanrions there I may say that it is 3*** at least. And with such good staff managment and organisation it may get all 5*** ))) did you even saw in France the fresh fruits in the breakfast buffet?))) me -never , so I wich them all the best and to receive one additional star at least for the hotel. Girl that clean up the rooms started her activity very early))

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel is very near the centre. The hotel could be difficult to find with a complex one-way system and car parking everywhere (even in front of the hotel). But paid parking is available and the owner kindly looked after this for us.

Nous venons à Vichy deux à trois week end par an et descendons toujours, dans la mesure du possible dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont petites mais très coquettes ( bien qu'il y en ait aussi des grandes pour 3 je pense que nous avons eu une fois la chance d'obtenir), d'une propreté irréprochable. La rue est calme bien qu'en plein centre ville. Petit déjeuner tout à fait suffisant pour un prix très raisonnable. Bref que du positif pour cet hôtel.

La qualité de l'accueil. Charmant et efficace. Ne pas apprécier est un grand mot. Cependant le confort de la salle de bain pourrait être amélioré à moindre frais : éclairage insuffisant au dessus de lavabo et inexistant dans la douche, pas d'étagères ou de plateau sous lavabo pour poser les trousses de toilette, cuvette de wc (qui peut servir aussi de siège) en plastique trop souple, emplacement du dérouleur de papier toilette pas très bien placé compte tenu de la petitesse du lieu, porte à soufflets.
