Have stayed before - very friendly basic hotel. The room this time was not as good as previous - Room 20. I had to stoop all the time as there were low sloping ceilings. Also the shower did not stay on the attachment we had to hold it all the time. |

Location in City centre, inclusive parking, Rather splendid facade and good use of old building. Friendly staff Shower has push button control on hand piece so you have only one hand left to wash with. This was very inconvenient. A timed push button control on the shower control system would have been better |

Convenience of location, although difficult to find on sat nav. Parking was free although a rather tight fit in the car park. The hotel is rather overdue for redecoration & somewhat grubby in places. The shower left alot to be desired due to the fact that you had to hold in a button on the shower head whilst trying to wash at the same time! |

This was a well run hotel, but the main benefit is the central location in Dinan and the free car parking. Dinan is a very beautiful and well managed old town. |

Though we arrived very late, a lady welcomed us very warmingly. Location is also perfect. There was unexpected party around. It was difficult to sleep. |

We were allocated the family suitewithout request, just because they had noticed the make-up of our party, and it was perfect. The staff we met were charming and helpful and the hotel is very central to the picturesque 'old town'. It is right beside a social square and so is a bit noisy in the evening (should you be in) |

Central to the town area. Very basic and outdated facilities. No tea/coffee making facilities. A shower was provided but a button had to be held for it to work and no shower curtain was present. |

The location was wonderful for exploring Dinan. The private parking was a plus. We didn't need to walk several blocks pulling our luggage. The staff were all helpful and courteous. The breakfast was worth the price considering that we paid double for the same thing in Paris. If you prefer luxury accomodations, this isn't the place for you. If you want a clean, centrally located hotel--the Arvor fits the bill. |

Right in the heart of the old city and no need to use the car. Parking on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very reasonable price. Ample continental served breakfast. Would stay again if in the area. |

During my trip I spent a few nights in 2 star hotels and this one was far and away the best. Fantastic location, parking, nice lobby and comfy area and good sized clean bathroom and bedroom. |

We have stayed here 4 times now and every time the lady on reception remembers us, considering how many hundreds of people stay at the hotel each year. Rooms are basic but comfortable, but then I am not paying for luxury. Only issue I have is that the shower pressure is poor. |
