CLose to almost everywhere in town. And close to Metro station. Recepcionists very kind and helpful
Room ultra small. Not too clean. Expensive breakfast.
- Jean - the owner, very friendly and homy. - Trendy style and comfortable - Real hair dryers
big room for family and great room decoration with photo, and friendly staff, great location, near to Opera, many Japan and Korea restaurant
small elevator, a little expensive for a family room
Wonderful little petit hotel. Room is small but spacious enough... bed was very comfortable, staff also polite and helpful. Air-con and Wifi is great. Location is wonderful in a nice area of Opera... Louvre is near-by and the Eiffel tower and Champs de elysee is also within walking distance. breakfast does not have many options and may not be sufficient for some but was perfect for me. All in all I had a great stay
Location. Staff - especially John.
Lack of sound proofing between rooms - crying baby next door with lots of door slamming. No milk for tea and coffee. No china cup. Breakfast not with room tariff.
Value for money The single sofa bed that just had the pillows as a mattress so fairly uncomfortable! The tiny space to move in the room. There were 3 adults so not the best!!
room is so small. and is so expensive. wifi connect is poor. need password all the time
New and clean
The room is a little bit small
Tiny room - the triple was only big enough for a single.
We booked Ascot Opera but when we arrived， we were assigned to another hotel under same group without notifing us in advance（forgot the name as we hv dumped the hotel card）.What we like is the location is very convinient & the old lady who worked there was very friendly & helpful！ However， The hotel room was very small n smell old， shower was not well faciliated as the shower spray cannot hold on the shower pole properly！ Cleaness is so so！
the entrance of the hotel, very small rooms for 200€/night.
room space rather poor
The room was very clean. Nice, modern tiled on-suite bathroom. Staff were polite and spoke English. Good location - could walk to the Louvre in under 15 minutes. "Little Japan" was on the next street which is worth a visit.
High price of breakfast at 15e per head. We ate at the Pret a Manger round the corner for about 5e per head.
We everting like, good.
The location is excellent
Everything is very tiny. Even they show on booking that for one person there was one double bed, the bed was a tiny single one, the room was so small that is not so comfortable. First day they send me to another hotel nearby that was much worse and I believe that it is not good "value for money" choice
The location is good if you want to get to the typical tourist sites.
The staff are extremely unhelpful and were rude at times. It is a shame because the hotel is reasonably nice but they really do let it down. It wasn't even just one staff member; all 4 we dealt with were not pleasant.
Very noisy: no sound isolation at all (windows as well as interior doors are really poor). Bathtub was to small, breakfast was poor. An overall pricing of 200 euro/night for 2 persons is to much for this kind of hotel....
Location. Room design look just like the pictures.
Appeared as clean but not so. Dusty bed. Witnessed an instance where the cleaner placed our pillows on the floor! Bed sheets not changed during our 5-day stay. Wifi usable but not great (slow at times). Aircon not working on one of the days.
Good location close to Opera, Louvre and many metro stations.
Small room, construction works in the hotel
Good location, close to the Louvre and Metro. Safe, minibar - big enough to cool our own drinks, tea/coffee making facilities and full bath as well as shower
Our room had sloping roof with beams - had to be very careful not to hit our heads.
Location is excellent , very friendly staff, size of quadruple room is ideal for a small family, clean and cosy hotel, moderately priced and ideal for tourism.
The last night was a bit noisy from a 1am party next door (outside the hotel) and there was not much the hotel staff could do to curb the situation. All other nights were calm and comfortable. In room Wifi coverage could be better.
room was a good size for Paris and very clean, Staff very friendly, welcoming and willing to help. Didn't take breakfast so can't comment
Reasonable price in city area.
The room was away too small that we expected. The remove control of TV was not working properly.
Staying in the most top floor, with a very poor internet. The heater doesn't work properly, sometimes it work, most of the time its not. I have to make two trips during check in and check out as the elevator was too small to accomodate my family and luggage. I checked out early in the morning and didn't get my detail billing as the reception didn't know how to print my bills (????)
