Large bedroom with 4 beds and still extra room. Midway between Opera and Louve Museum.
Excellent location! just foot steps away from Metro station. Walking distance to Galleries Lafeyette and many shops around the hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very attentive.
room size, with a suitcase on the floor I could not move around the room, they are teeny!
Location of the hotel is perfect. Hotel was great for our purpose of family visit to Paris and basically just to sleep over night. Family room was perfectly fine and enough, exactly as booked.
Personnel could have been more nicer. Breakfast...well it is 3* hotel...but a little bit more variety would not heart.
The hotel was very clean and was extremely well located for those wishing to visit the main sights of Paris.
The hotel room we were given was a lot smaller that the room which I thought we had booked according to the room picture which is shown alongside the room description. We did ask the hotel if we could be moved to a larger room however, the hotel had no other rooms available. Therefore we felt we had been mislead with regards to the room we had booked.
Clean, simple, great location of Paris, great washroom/bath/hear dryer. Great safety box in the closet. Restaurants/subway station within walking distance of 5 minutes. The hotel small and is 350 years hold but clean and renovated. No bad smelling at all.
Small room, windows of upper levels need more protection when open, small elevator, no fridge, breakfast buffet is expensive.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel as its convenient location perfectly allowed me to explore the city on foot, for which I actually came. Metro station, pharmacy and ATM - things of prime necessity - are very near. Very helpful staff and nice rooms. A bit small mine exactly was, I'd say, but its ok as long as it was clean and cozy - enough for single traveller. Spiritual and shopping needs are satisfied, as both Louvre and Gallery Lafayette, as a minimum and not only of course, are within walking distance..
Breakfast menu couls be a bit more motley. TV has only local channels, could be widen to meet the demand for worldwide news channels at least (not so critical, however, for those who are on vacation and not on a business trip).

Location. Close to shops, japanese restaurants, pharmacies
Family room was too small with little space to move in. Plastic cups. I don't like plastic cups and plastic spoons - like a cheap motel.
The location is great love the theater next to the hotel a lot of events also the Italian restaurant infront of the hotel is nice simply a great hotel
very friendly and helpful reception, nice room with big bath-room, super location, all in all very good value for money.
I could not figure out how the shower can be activated, something probably broken but the bath tube worked perfectly.
The staff members are great and too helpful location is also great
Wifi is so poor
We were a group if 11 girls on a hen party, location is brilliant! At the top of the road is a brilliant bar, la bombe! Staff were very help!
Very clean, and great location. Excellent restaurant across road.
Tiny lift. but typical of many inEurope.
CLose to almost everywhere in town. And close to Metro station. Recepcionists very kind and helpful
Room ultra small. Not too clean. Expensive breakfast.
- Jean - the owner, very friendly and homy. - Trendy style and comfortable - Real hair dryers
big room for family and great room decoration with photo, and friendly staff, great location, near to Opera, many Japan and Korea restaurant
small elevator, a little expensive for a family room
Wonderful little petit hotel. Room is small but spacious enough... bed was very comfortable, staff also polite and helpful. Air-con and Wifi is great. Location is wonderful in a nice area of Opera... Louvre is near-by and the Eiffel tower and Champs de elysee is also within walking distance. breakfast does not have many options and may not be sufficient for some but was perfect for me. All in all I had a great stay
Location. Staff - especially John.
Lack of sound proofing between rooms - crying baby next door with lots of door slamming. No milk for tea and coffee. No china cup. Breakfast not with room tariff.
Value for money The single sofa bed that just had the pillows as a mattress so fairly uncomfortable! The tiny space to move in the room. There were 3 adults so not the best!!
room is so small. and is so expensive. wifi connect is poor. need password all the time
New and clean
The room is a little bit small
Tiny room - the triple was only big enough for a single.
We booked Ascot Opera but when we arrived， we were assigned to another hotel under same group without notifing us in advance（forgot the name as we hv dumped the hotel card）.What we like is the location is very convinient & the old lady who worked there was very friendly & helpful！ However， The hotel room was very small n smell old， shower was not well faciliated as the shower spray cannot hold on the shower pole properly！ Cleaness is so so！
the entrance of the hotel, very small rooms for 200€/night.
