Hotel Turan  

Great location for skiing - straight out of the back door and into the ski lift. Nice and quiet at night, with a couple of nearby bars for those that want it. Nice bar in the hotel, with good selection of drinks and great cocktails. Hotel staff were great - very friendly and efficient. Room was a decent size and clean, with decent beds and good bathroom. Lovely views overthe slopes and the town. Overall good value for money in my opinion. The free shuttle bus service means access to the busier part of town was quick and easy during the day. Ski rental shop SKIMIUM right next to the hotel and also provided a very good service. You get 30% discount if you tell them you stop at Hotel Turan but you get 45% discount if you book online.

The food was acceptable but not brilliant, but I can't complain for the price that we paid for the hotel with half board accommodation. If TV is important to you then the only british station was the BBC world service news. The hotel was a little difficult to find.

Location location if you like gourmet food don't stay here bland basic food !!

- rooms were sober, but clean - close to ski slopes and lifts - last evening (after check out) we could use spa, for taking a shower - indoor parking

General - hard to find the hotel (needed police to tell us where) - not the service you except from a three * hotel - it was very cold in restaurant and hallways (no heating?) Restaurant: - at breakfast we needed to choose our eveningmeal, but few times in the evening this wasn't available anymore, so we had to choose something else. - the first morning there wasn't warm coffee and only old bread - employees didn't speak french, only Italian and English - very small proportions (and to our opinion not good) - not a professional service Room: - minibar was empty - heating made lots of noise - only Italian tv-stations available - very narrow beds - only few lights worked in the room

Halfboard rate is very good, with surprisingly excellent meals for dinner.

Free bus would early in the night. Hard to find hotel from bus stop.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. Very convenient free parking under the hotel. Situated right beside the ski lift. Ski-in/ski-out. Breakfast and dinner included in the price (dinner was surprise for me). Dinner was very good (Italian-style, like the whole personnel). Floor heating in the bathroom. 2 wash basins in the bathroom! Very convenient!

The hotel doesn't have a laundry service. I asked for it and the took my clothes to the public laundry, but didn't press it. So take your iron with you if you need it. There are no slippers in the room and quiet cold inside. The room is quiet small with poor furnishing, but i think it's normal for France. No instructions on how to call to the reception from the room number. I had to try lots of combinations before I got the right (9).

Un hotel design minimaliste très bien situé aux pieds des remontées mécaniques. Le personnel est très sympa et efficace. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables.

La télé dans la chambre ne propose pas toutes les chaines françaises, et le petit déjeuner manque de "consistance".

Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo e staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Ottima anche la posizione rispetto agli impianti di risalita.

la proximité au piste et à la ville!! Les deux alpes est une grande et belle station! le petit déjeuné est très copieux

Le ménage n'est pas parfait! les chaine télé étrangères! pas très bien insonorisé!

Très difficile à trouver, même pas capté par le gps. De plus, trop loin de la station.

L'hôtel est idéalement placé au pied des pistes . Le patron est très sympa et nous a orienté vers deux restaurants sur les deux alpes de très bonne qualité . Parking gratuit municipal .

Les employés qui ne sont pas du tout comme le patron , que ce soit au bar ou à l'accueil . Très désagréable et qui n'ont pas le sens du service . Le bruit aussi est un point noir dans cette hôtel , que ce soit l'ascenseur , le bar d'en face ou même les italiens qui ont l'impression d'être seul dans l’hôtel .

Son emplacement prés des pistes , l'accueil sympa , le parking gratuit juste sous l'hotel , le budget raisonnable.

Bruit le soir (musique du restaurant , nous étions au 1er ) , bruit dehors la nuit ( beaucoup de jeunes " bourrés voire défoncés" qui gueulent jusqu'à 3-4 h du matin) mais c'est la faute de la municipalité ! aucun service d'ordre !
