Cancellation
If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Pets are not allowed.

the location was very quiet, and in a residential area, away from the bustle of the town. Very close to both bus and rail links, for visiting the Cote D'Azur. We did not stay long enough. |

The owners are very nice and held a barbecue for their guests. Every day new towels and cleaning. Quiet hotel excellent for family or group of friends. Ideal location for sightseeing as it is close to the station, beaches as well as centre of Juan les Pins. There is no parking but can be done in the street which is quiet. |

The hotel is in a nice quiet location. The owners are very friendly and accomodationg. Breakfast is served every morning by the owner on the patio. |

The staff was great, the location is nice, quiet and relaxing, relatively close to beaches and nice restaurants, but still away from the noise and traffic. The breakfast is a bit monotonous, although nice. |

This hotel was wonderfully calm and quiet. I had a large room, with a balcny and I really enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning It was a little difficult to find. A Clearer map and directions would be useful - perhaps with other landmarks included. It took a very long time to find - and a long time to find the lower car park when I came back one night to find the top spaces occupied |

Das Hotel war in Bezug auf Preis und Leistung absolut richtig. Einfach aber ehrlich. Die Direktorin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sowohl Antibes (ca. 20 Minuten) wie auch Juan les pins (10 Minuten) kann zu Fuss gut erreicht werden. Die Zugverbindungen sind perfekt. Hotel kann für unkomplizierte Leute, welche keinen Schnick-Schnack wünschen sehr empfohlen werden. Die Kissen waren nicht sauber, resp. riechten ziemlich gebraucht. Für 5€ gibt es in Nizza welche zu kaufen :-) |

L'amabilité de l'hôtelier, la possibilité d'avoir deux lits jumeaux pour le même tarif proposé sur le site, le petit déjeûner, le calme, tarifs compétitifs. Un peu sombre car les chambres sont en sous-sol. |
