The concierges were lovely; the restaurant / room service was delicious -- excellent food. The hotel is beautiful and very close to all the essential Paris experiences. I would stay there again. The pillows - not good at all. I loved the beds, the linens, the colors and designs of the room and bathroom, but the pillows were not comfortable at all. I was also confused about the internet (wifi); the first day the front desk told me it was free if I had my own laptop, then another person told me it was 17 Euro per day. |

Impressively funished. Helpful staff [mostly!] Generally good "feel". Room was cold but hotel responded by brining in heater. WiFi was the fatuous Swisscom system where you pay 22euros for 24hours constant, you turn your laptop off and you lose your credit:madness and maddening. Young concierge sugared off for his break without booking our taxi and consequently we missed our train. |

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and provided directions when requested. I like to use hotel fitness centre's and I was disappointed that this hotel did not have a treadmill. |

Very helpful staff, well appointed rooms which were clean and comfortable We stayed during fairly warm weather and despite setting the fan and temperature to maximum it was almost impossible to sleep |

Very helpful staff, especially the Consierge who did their very best to accommodate all our wishes. Excellent location. Would definitely recommend and I plan to make this a 'favourite' hotel for all my Paris trips. |

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel along with my parents for a short getaway to Paris and couldnt be more pleased with the accomodations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It wasnt right in the heart of everything but still easily accessible to all the major sites. |

La sua posizione vicino al triangolo d'oro di Parigi, il personale della ristorazione è amabile ed efficiente. Prima di prenotare una camera Classic ho telefonato per chiedere quale fossero le differenze con una camera Superior (dove avevo soggiornato in precedenza), mi è stato detto che non c'era nessuna differenza tranne la dimensione della stanza. Ho trovato invece un letto ridicolamente piccolo (2 piazze molto scarso) per un albergo a 4 stelle. La camera era troppo calda e non si poteva regolare la temperatura. Ci hanno addebitato 30 euros di telefono per telefonate mai fatte. Quando l'ho fatto presente insieme al discorso del letto, la signora alla reception non si è scusata anzi ci guardava quasi come se fossimo noi a dare fastidio. Non raccomando assolutamente questo albergo. |

Stor välkomnande lobby med trevlig bar. Fräsch och relativt ny inredning i äldre stil, men som inte kändes mossig. Passar både affärsresenären som det romantiska paret. En congiere på plats ger hotellet en lyxig känsla. Vi behövde ett extra täcke, men kommunikationen mellan dom olika avdelningarna fungerade dåligt så jag fick fråga om och om igen. |

Hotel donnant sur petite rue et cours donc calme, proche des gds bvds et sites à voir, très bien aussi-surtout- pour le shopping !! Je dirai que c'est un petit 4 étoiles et un très bon 3...heureusement que j'avais un prix sinon trop cher rapport qualité/prixssalle de fitness très petite et pas super fonctionnelle |

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Ich konnte in der Nacht das Fenster öffnen und es war sehr still, man glaubte gar nicht, in Paris zu sein. Das habe ich sehr genossen. |
