The hotel was a elegant old world excellent hotel. We never had a problem in fact the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful! It was our 40th anniversary and I can't think of a better place to have spent it! I would like to pay a special compliment to Pascal, he made our stay most enjoyable, give him a raise! Nice suite! However, beds weren't too comfortable. Cheap mattresses. But, overall, service of the hotel and quality were a bit above average. I would stay there again.

The room was very spacious for Paris standard, though they could do with some renovating. Nonetheless, it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The only small issue I had was that it was a little bit out of the way. At night it can be too quiet.

Comment - the glass enclosure on the bathtub which is supposed to keep the shower water in the tub does not perform its function. In addition a bather has to leave the security of the non-slip part of the tub to get past the glass. I have encountered this problem with other glass enclosures. I much prefer a shower curtain. Room 302.

The room was beautifully decorated and roomy for a paris city hotel They were not very helpful when we wanted to stay an extra night. They refused to help us a find another hotel when they did not have a room for us.

Le service est excellent. La cuisine et l'ambiance raffinée. Le bar élégant. Proximité grand magasins et champs élysées. Certaine chambre sont mal implantées 318 enclavée dans un couloir entre deux portes de services don impossible de faire u e grasse matinée. Les portes claques et on entends toutes les allés et venues du personnel. Accès internet payant et trop cher 9euros par 24h.
