The location was excellent, close to the main shops and not too far from the train station. Also good security. The walls were quite thin and you could hear most activity outside the room. |

The location was perfect--right in the center of the old part of Avignon, an easy walk from the train station and drop-off point for the TGV shuttle. There is a grocery store almost next door and a bakery/sandwich stand across the street if you want to skip the expensive hotel breakfast. The bedroom was small--just big enough for 3 beds--but there was a large bathroom with tub and separate WC. Our room looked out on an the backs of other buildings and was very dark but it was also quiet. No AC, only an electric fan. Even in early June, the room got hot--something to think about if you are there in the summer. Only Internet access was a single computer in the stairwell. No elevator and it's a hike even to the first floor with luggage (and we're fit and healthy types who normally don't use the elevator). |

It's location is good. it is 15 minuts to sea and near shoping centers. good value for money They did't give us shampoo every day |

The location of the hotel was excellent, the room we had was good with a great balcony. Highly recommend it. The lift was a bit dodgy. |

It was in the city centre and it had free wi-fi When someone next door sneeze I'd catch a cold.... as the walls seemed made of paper. The shower is way too small and the room extremely small too. |

The staff was really nice and seemed to care about the guests. The girl at the desk was the best I dealt during my trip. They don't have minibar. |

unfortunately nothing special to write about. The person at the desk was very unfriendly, hardly saw anybody at the desk during my stay. Even when I was checking out at 8 AM the reception desk was closed and I had to leave the key on the counter. Will not recommend this place. Though their are places in the next street with in same budgt and much better facilities. |

Staff is excellent. Very polite, friendly and obliging, Small room, floor in room not very clean, parking place in public garage with very small discount. Reception works only to 10pm. No refrigrator in room. Shower needs renovation. |

The hotel stay were very accommodative and friendly. As we arrived earlier than the check in time and the room was not available, they offered a temp room just for refreshing. The breakfast varieties can be improved. |
