excellent location!!! reasonable (not cheap) price ridiculous 7 euro charge for breakfast ... there are many places nearby where you will get a much better value for your money (and more authenticity) |

The location was good. It's close from the train station and the bus terminal and the ocean. And we used a twin room, and the room was quite big. In the night the street was too noisy. |

Because of my late arrival(as reception is closed at 11pm), they called the day before and gave me code for the door and left key for my room. Good location, friendly staff and proper french breakfast. |

The room was very comfortable with a great terrace, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We think we saw a mouse in our room!! |

Position of the hotel,and good bathroom facilities. Staff was polite. Safe in the room which wasn't fixed , anyone could pick it up. Also a big gap under the door,so if there had been a fire the smoke would penetrate. No fire doors between floors. |

the location is fantasic,near to the old town and the beach.The staff were friendly.The rooms have been renovated and are clean.Bathroom was a decent size. No,maybe a mirror in the bedroom. |

for something so cheap it was clean, excellent bathroom facilities and well situated in the heart of Nice. Friday night the proximity of a local disco was very annoying - partying from 11pm to 5am meant that i didn't get much sleep. |

Considering the price i thought this hotel was adequate for our needs. the hotel was easy to find and staff were helpful. It is very basic but clean. there is a lot of noise from the street outside! but, overall for a cheap place to stay there is nothing really wrong with it. |

Clean room, good airconditioning. Was worried based on other reviews though this was unjustified. Our stay was quiet and uneventful. :-) Staff weren't particularly welcoming though this didn't matter too much. |

The hotel was very clean. The decor was quite funky! We had a lovely triple room that opened out onto a huge terrasse with a table and chairs. the location was good! Our room was beside the lift so you could hear it going up and down from early in the morning and it was disturbing.. |
