Within walking distance of railway station and relatively close to main tourist attraction. Helpful and responsive staff (though probably the correct word is "owners").

Small 3 bedroom, paper thin walls. Much farther from the fortress than I expected - around 30 minutes walk.

A bit noisy

Clean, simple, functional room. Bear in mind it's a 2 star so don't expect too much. But what you get is very good. Close to train station and town centre, quiet enough street (you can hear the train passing but the railway line is behind another building). Secure. Good tv channel choice and great internet signal (free).

No lifts (but there are only two floors).

The owners are wonderful and were very helpful. Our room was modern and very comfortable. The location is excellent as it is close to the rail station and to the Canal du Midi. We would definitely return.

The only improvement would be better WIFI in the annex bedrooms. We just couldn't access a signal there but we were able to do so in the main hotel lobby & breakfast room.

Needs complete renovation. Like a French Hotel from the 70's with a recent paint job. Superficially ok, but otherwise poor.

Disturbed by noise of trains. Breakfast could be improved, dining area below street level and smell of diesel fumes from passing traffic if sat by window

Quite close to train station - it has both good and bad manner. Very convenient, but you hear all the trains running near at whole night.

too much noise at night and early in the morning, in the main corridor of the building across the main facility, where other guests talk outloud, open or shut the door noisily thus causing a significant amount of discomfort.

Exceptionally good hosts. Cant do enough for you, they really do care about making your stay a good one.

Location was great with a short walk to the medieval City. Nice Bars, Shops and Places to Eat on Doorstep, etc. Owners very helpful and Car Parking Safe and Secure.
