Fine location, easy to find. Very polite staff who helped us to book Moulin Rouge, trip to Versaille, transfer to airport. Room is small but very comfortable, air condition worked well, bathroom was very small but we didn't have problem with it. Wi-fi was offered free of charge but we didn't use it, so don't know the quality. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel as we think that 19 EUR for it is too expensive but 10 m from the hotel door there is nice cafe with French breakfast. Also there are several places around the hotel for meal. City tour starts very close to the hotel (about 10 min walking). We walked everywhere - Opera, Louvre, Champs Elysee. the only thing I didn't like is house keeping. They gave us a shmpoo only the first and second day (1 item per 2!). Then we were obliged to call to reception to get it but after cleaning they never left it. Also they didn't change our bed-clothes within the whole stay (1 week) what is increadible for the hotel with such price. |

The best thing was when I left. Nightmare! Definitely not a 4star hotel. It was the smallest room I ever stayed in. I'm staying in hotels every week but this was so far terrible. Absolutely uncomfortable, noisy, not so clean and the room was so expensive. Bathroom was also very small and when I took shower in that terrible showerbath there was water everywhere then. The A/C was so strong that I got sick from it. Never again. |

The locdation is simply fabulous. Centrally located to everything: monutments, museums, and especially shopping! Super small hotel room!! |

I was in Paris for work, but I always enjoy waling around when I have time. The only English channel is Blomberg, missed ccn or bbc. |

The perfect location! Walking distance to the shops and all the biggest attractions in Paris. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were so helpful. Highly recommended! |

It is situated near everything I needed. Train stations, bus to the airport, department stores, grocerie store, restaurants...The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and there was always somebody who spoke English or Spanish. The only thing I asked for and didn't get was air conditioning since it wasn't the time of year to have it turned on, but the weather was already quite hot. |

The hotel is well located for tourism and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are too small, noisy and need refirbishment. The air-conditioning had been disconnected and there were no robes, just standard quality towels. It is only a 3-star hotel, not the 4-stars advertised. |

Great location, comfortable bed, free Internet. Rooms and a bathroom were extremely small. It would be difficult for 2 people to stay there. Th ehotel was ok but it did not live up to my 4 star expectations. |

The room was not very quiet . Besides normal hotel noises also quite some nois from the street . In site of the fact that I always ask for a quiet room on beforehand !! |

We found the hotel staff to be very professional, helpful & friendly. We also got some good info. from them in relation too nearest metro station, bus stations & directions etc. The hotel was very confortable & also very quiet which was great. Our room was perhaps a little on the small side - but this would be typical of alot of Parisen hotels. Breakfast very expensive but good cafe's nearby. |

Rooms spacious, bathrooms clean and spacious.Staff friendly. Hallways very dark. Needs a redecorating. Carpet in our room was stained or dirty. Rooms did nit have dresser or any drawers to store clothes. We had to come back to Paris for one more day four days later and stayed at hotel next door (St Petersburg)booked superior room for better rate, prettier, newer carpet, bright hallways, breakfast included. |

The location is ideal for shopping in the big department stores with easy access on foot to the Opera, Madeleine and Grands boulevards districts. Our room was quite large and the beds very comfortable. The rooms on the back are very quiet ...unless near the lifts! Be aware that the hotel does not accept cheques. Breakfast is expensive but some cafes nearby. |

Great location. Nice, not so small rooms and elevator as others say. Very quiet. Full time free WiFi internet access. Many shops and restaurants around. No shower curtain. They somehow block pretty much amout on the card. Particularily. The blocked 2 day payment before I arrived and 3 times the amout of stay after I left. |
