Very nice complimentary food and beverages on bar during 13:00 to 18:00
Bath tub small and bathroom needs renovation
Location,close to all atractions
Ideal position, friendly helpful staff.
comfortable hotel, I had window to the yard, so no street noise
could feel smoking from neighborhood rooms; room seemed to have no good sound isolation - I heard noise (loud speaking) from the room next to me
It is beyond description how bad it is. Dirty!!!!!
Sincèrement j'ai passé juste une nuit .
The location is premium, the reception is very friendly and the quality of the rooms are very good
The breakfast was not that good, the telephone in the room was not connecting to the reception !
Bed Staff Location
Terrible Wifi speed Terrible TV signal
staff exceptionally helpful and the location ideal & rooms comfortable - complimentary bar a bonus
Location room size bed & complimentary mini bar.
Room located next to plant room for elevator. Noise excessive & also shook room when elevator in use. Wi Fi speed terrible.
Adorable, spacious room with huge windows that opened up to the busy street below. Bed was cozy and comfy and the staff and location of the hotel is great! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
The wifi was not very good at all.
Very good location for walking to some of the highlights of Paris. The free snacks and drinks available during the day, plus the free mini bar. The range and the quality of the food available for breakfast
Nothing to dislike.
Small hotel with high standards. Buffet breakfast was hard to fault. High quality ingredients both hot and cold choices. Good place to relax and complimentary soft driks in the bedrooms a good idea. Also a nice idea is th complimentary hot and cold soft drinks and pastries in the downstairs communal lounge available until 9pm daily (self service).
There is nothing we didn't like. One the the lifts (elevators) had sticky doors but we managed to work out that by standing on one leg, we beat the false alarm and that lift worked perfectly.
The location was pretty good.
The staff were either rude and put out by every request, from directing us to the right train station for Versailles, to helping to set up the extra bed they failed to give us despite our specific request- they finally got us a sofa bed after much asking and threw the sheets at us to make it up ourselves. There was a housekeeping cart parked outside of our door during the entire visit, the door had been pried open at the lock from the inside and it had not been repaired, the room smelled of damp and was just serviceable enough for our needs. I must say again how bad the staff is. We were always kind and polite to them, in every interaction, but they could barely be asked to do the simplest things. Before we'd seen our room and became aware we wouldn't want to stay there at all, I had asked about booking an extra night as we'd decided to stay in Paris a bit longer. They wouldn't book the extra night until the morning of the day of our original check out and there was no way I wanted to have the stress hanging over my head during the visit- we were planning to go to Versailles that day and what if they were suddenly sold out and we were left with no options that night? From calling taxis to getting someone to service our room it was all as if we were asking them to do something quite major. And the housekeeping staff were dismal. While they did make the beds, they left our personal items a mess. When we returned to our room they actually messing up our neatly arranging baggage and the shoes lined up by the door and basically scattered everything across the room. And the standard of cleanliness in the bathrooms was not to a two star standard. Look, it could have been worse, but it was certainly not good. And for the price, you could find a better hotel experience for sure. We left and went to a better standard hotel with a much better staff.
location, close to train station and bus to airport. Great buffet for breakfast
Plastic sheet on bed !
It is a very good location. Staff was very helpful, bedrooms comfy and all in all a very good stay.
Good breakfast, clean room.
Elevator and corridors needs to be renovated
comfy bed, tasty breakfast, clean room, lovely interior design.
really bad wi-fi connection
Location, free mini-bar and snacks everyday, room with balcony was relaxing in the evening, staff were helpful and friendly.
Rooms and bathrooms were small, wifi was slow
Nice, clean place. Good breakfast, though no fruits or vegies. Complimentary drinks in mini-bar.
Staff was quite disorganised, not really paying attention to the customers.
Close to shops, restaurants and Metro
clean comfortable rooms, albeit a bit small. Good breakfast.
The rooms are very small, but this is typical of Paris hotel rooms. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, but we received a 20% discount from the total price.
Lovely hotel with very good accessibility to Louvre, Metro, etc. Excellent breakfast, especially good coffee. My daughter and I also enjoyed the afternoon snacks in the lobby lounge.
We had to leave it.
