Location, location, location. Most amenities, well kept up

Precarious and uneven steps, pod only coffee pot, no double door lock or safe in grungy, damp smelling hallway, wait for person with keys. No working fan.

Lovely and very central apartment in the Old Town. Staff were very helpful (not so good on the English but patience with my French!). Apartment was quite large for the old town, very bright and air, and nicely furnished with all facilities needed. Quite reasonably priced too, considering ideal location.

The self-cleaning. Apartment wasn't exactly spotless and the dishwasher was left with stuff in it from a previous guest. Also didn't like the fact that I had to make up own bed when I got there.

To our mind, self cleaning of the appartment after stay must be mentioned in the conditions of the booking. As well as transparent bathroom - it fits not to every couple.

very central for shops beach train and bus travel. Lot6s of good eating places, plenty of entertainment at night all around the centre. lots of nice parks to relax and enjoy a quiet time to yourselves. The apartment was well equipped, the location was nice and quiet. really enjoyed our stay.

Location

I am an 85 year old woman who needed an elevator building. The elevator was out for four days. When brought to the owner's attention...he hung up on my daughter after screaming at her about not "giving him any notice" for the repair. It was an absolutely awful experience and I will never go back nor will I recommend this to any friends.

A pleasant apartment with all you need. The bed was comfortable and the shower was efficient. It was lovely to have the tiny balcony to sit out on and you can get a lovely breeze by opening several French doors. Air conditioning worked well too.

Couldnt get my I Pad to connect to wireless connection although a member of staff did come out to check it was working. Found the locks a bit tricky at times. Maybe 'rooftop terrace' is a bit of a grand description for the balcony.

Most things we needed were provided. Air-conditioning in the apartment, a quiet part of the city and only 10-15mins walk to the beach or shops.

There was no kettle, the bed was rather hard. There was complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but we would have appreciated a litre bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. The dishwasher smelt very strongly of fish.

There is some things to rememeber if you book this apartment. One thing is that this is not an hotel. I wouldnt recommend this at all since you can get better for the same price. The check in process is very messy as you have to give them exact details when to meet up at the apartment. although they say you have to clean up yourself they dont seem to check the cleanliness after each stay since it was very very dusty when we arrived. Dust and hair on drawers, floor, kitchen etc. And remember, it is quite stressful to know you will have to clean it. they have 30 apartments and some are awful in old buldings so be aware of that. I was lucky to get one close to the beach in an OK building so that was fine. BUT THE STAIRS! It was on the forth floor and every time you went up there you ended up tired. Also the air condition they promised is very poor. Its is extremely hot in the apartment and hard to sleep as it makes an very disturbing noise. I wouldnt stay here again.

Amazing hotel!! Everything was very modern looking and in excellent condition! The staff met me at the hotel at 11pm and were extremely accommodating! They gave me a map, answered all my questions, and gave a great introduction to Nice! Very comfortable bed and just about 10 minutes walking from the French Rivera! AMAZING!

Really comfortable and very convenient. I loved being able to prepare meals and stay "at home" and then easily walk to the beach or browse about the historic town or go to the Modern Museum or hike up to the historic medieval castle overlook. The apartment had modern appliances and a new bathroom so it was very clean with good design. I really enjoyed my stay.

This apartment has a comfortable bed and is close to the market. Nothing special about it otherwise.

The apartment requests that it is left clean upon checkout. However, it seemed dirty when my wife and I checked in. The shower and bathroom had visible hairs. It just felt dirty.The guy who met us was impatient and rushed to get our payment and then he promptly left.

Location is absolutely central. Fast internet connection.

Final cleaning of the apartment is required otherwise billed at an extra cost when you leave.

There is a bath.

Absolutely shocking, apartment not as described - to the extent that it was not even in the same district as what we booked. The bathroom had no window and the extractor fan was broken - highly hazardous. Only an uncomfortable sleeper couch to sleep on, described as having actual beds. Do not book with these people!!! The director of the company is incredibly rude and not willing to accommodate either.

Die Lage (Meer, Blumenmarkt, Restaurants...), in 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof SNCF mit Tram zu erreichen. Ausstattung des Appartements, klimatisiert... Etwas Lärm muss man in Kauf nehmen bei dieser Lage und ich empfand dies auch nicht weiter als störend... Für ältere Leute könnte der Zugang zur Wohnung etwas beschwerlich sein (kein Lift und steile Treppe), dies ist aber in den alten Häusern von Nizza absolut normal. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen...

Ter plekke werd pas duidelijk dat we zelf geacht werden schoon te maken bij vertrek: stofzuigen, wc soppen etc. tot nu toe verloopt de afhandeling van mijn klacht hierover met de leiding uiterst stroef en is er een bedrag voor schoonmaak van de creditcard afgeschreven
