部屋も広く、清潔でした。しかもリゾート地であるにも関わらず価格が手ごろであったのが特によかったです。- カンヌ、モナコにも徒歩１０分ほどの駅を利用して簡単にアクセスできました。 宿泊したのがグランドフロアーだったので、人通りがきになった。 |

Fantastic! The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and there were dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. The terrace was huge and was a great addition. We were close to everything. Just a short walk to Place Massena, the waterfront, shopping, restaurants, etc. a bit further to the bus station and train station, but still very much within walking distance. We didn't mind it, but the shower is a glass stall in a studio apartment, so you need to be ready for this. Also, the lights were a bit confusing. There is a remote control that turns on some of the lights. |

The apartment was situated in a very central area. Situated in the old town and very close to the beach(5mins) and bus station(5mins), also a bakers(1min) , 2 small grocery shops and it was 3-4 minutes from the market. Looked up the area on google earth before we went and this helped. If you are paying by cash you will need to pay on arrival. This was not made very clear and we had to pay €1,000 as soon as we were in the door. |

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, balcony was bigger than expected and it had a lift. We thought the location was extremely good. Approx 5 min walk from best restaurants, bars and all activity - yet in a quiet,safe location at night. 5 min walk from beach. 3 min walk from shops. Rarely used public transport as so close to everything. 5 min walk from main train station. Overall the apartment was spacious, safe and had everything we required, with air con and the bed was very big. Owner was also very helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment! |

The apartment had an excellent location, it was very central. It was in perfect condition and very clean. Very friendy and helpful staff. The apartment had no balcony and no proper blinds on the windows. |

Very central location. Within walking distance to bus station, beach, bars restaurants and shops. Very quiet buliding. The pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable and very small. |

The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable and very well equipped. Close to the beach, bus stop to the airport and promenade. Nothing to do with the accommodation but be aware that the taxi to/from the airport is very expensive: Take the 98 bus instead - only 1 euro |

The convenience of the location and the flexibility of an apartment instead of a hotel room. As well, I did like the exterior space, terrace, definitely a plus. The staff that provide the keys, Enmanuel, was very friendly. The apartment should have plugs anti mosquitos and as well sprays as I have been bitten several times... About 100 times!!!! having later n an alergic reaction. As well, a sofa bed can be convenient for more than 2 people. But in general, I enjoyed the apartment and I don´t have any complain. |

The location was exceptional. The map on booking.com is misleading, and identified the location of the rental office (which is right by the ocean) rather than the apartment. But the street is charming, four blocks from the beach, and right in the shopping district. Also very much liked the back patio, the ceiling heights, and kitchenette. The shower is in a glass box in the main room. We had to take turns on the back porch to give the other bather privacy. Also, would like to see the single small couch pull out to allow more comfortable sleeping. We had a teenage child, and this was a factor. But this was very good value and location for the price. |

Frank die bij het appartement op ons wachtte met de sleutel en ons incheckte .Direct in het centrum en op twee minuten van het strand en boulevard.Het appartement was eenvoudig maar functioneel ingericht. Er waren maar twee handdoeken en twee badlakens voor een hele week, op onze vraag waarom maar twee kwam als antwoord er staat toch een wasmachine.Een hele was draaien voor twee handdoeken???? |

Le studio était vraiment super beau et bien situé, tout prêt du vieux Nice et de la Promenade des Anglais. Le proprio qui nous a accueillie était très gentil. Je le recommende et je vais y retourner! |

het feit dat je niet in een hotel zit maar tijdelijk je eigen huis hebt. Leuke inrichting, mooie badkamer met regendouche, prettige in - en uit check. het appartement zat in een erg oud gebouw aan een zeer drukke weg en een plein vol horeca. Met de ramen open kon je elkaar niet verstaan maar ook met de ramen dicht was het erg lawaaierig. Daarnaast ruimde het restaurant onder het appartement elke nacht rond 1 uur de standaards van de parasollen op wat met ontzettend veel lawaai gepaard ging en deze werden de volgende ochtend vroeg weer naar buiten gerold. Eveneens hadden we een luidruchtige bovenbuurman. Er was airco aanwezig maar die functioneerde niet en je kreeg voor de hele week maar 1 set handoeken pp. Dit was volgens At Home normaal maar uiteindelijk werd er toch nog een set extra pp afgegeven.Wat betreft het bed, een twijfelaar voor 2 personen is te klein en de matras was vrij hard |

Удобное месторасположение от центральной площади, пляжа и ресторанов и кафе. Соотношение цена/качество. Наличие кухни, техники, приборов и т.д. Очень маленькая квартирка, довольно душная. Кондиционер очень шумит (напольный), Ванная комната тесная. Кухня маленькая, очень маленькая и приготовить реально можно небольшой завтрак. Очень крутая лестница на "2-ой этаж" и подойдет только для молодежи! |

Lejligheden vi lejlede lå super centralt og i et meget pænt kvarter Nice Center er for sløsede med tiden - ved ankomst måtte vi vente ca 25 min før en medarbejder dukkede op og gav os nøglen til lejligheden. Ved check-out havde vi udtrykkeligt bedt om at de ville være der senest kl 12(da vi skulle nå et fly) - medarbejderen kom ca kl 12.18. Der er behov for en bedre sovesofa - vi som på to niveauer - det er ikke fedt nå man er i hhv 37 og 45 år. |

de ligging van het appartement, in hartje centrum Nice, 5 min van strand, station en grote winkelstraat Overdag en begin van de avond was er veel lawaai op straat. Gelukkig was de slaapkamer aan de achterkant, daar had je geen last van het verkeer. Helaas was er niet gewaarschuwd om zuinig aan te doen met het wc papier. De wc raakte nl verstopt waardoor alles in de douchebak er weer uit kwam. Gelukkig heeft de contactpersoon van het kantoor het goed opgelost door het probleem direct aan te pakken en een tweede toilet te openen. Ondanks dat het appartement zeer recentelijk verbouwd was, was de afwerking echt met "de franse slag" gedaan, wat eigenlijk jammer was. In de keuken was alles wel aanwezig maar de apparatuur was oud of oogde oud. Alles werkte wel naar behoren. Wel veel complimenten voor Emmanuel, een sympathieke en erg behulpzame man. |

Leiligheten var omtrent som forventet ut fra bilder. Det var ok Studio-leiligheten er en brannfelle!!!. Ligger I 6 etasje mot bakgård. Ingen mulighet for nødutgang eller redning via stigebil. Kun mulig å komme ned hovedtrapp som er smal grunnet etterinnstalering av heis. Kommer aldri til å leie denne mer selv om selve rommet er greit nok. |

De ligging van de studio was perfect. Dichtbij het oude stadscentrum en op 5 min van het strand. De studio was gevestigd in een rustig appartementsgebouw. De veiligheid was ook optimaal. De studio was niet groot, maar alle basiscomfort was wel aanwezig. Gezellige mini-veranda met uitzicht op een zeer mooie binnentuin. De studio was niet proper en we moesten het zelf poetsen bij ons vertrek, zoniet moesten we een poetsvrouw betalen voor twee uur. Ondanks de belofte, was de studio niet voorzien van airconditioning. De laatste dag moesten we om 12u de studio verlaten en hoewel onze terugvlucht om 21u30 's avonds was, kon men ons niet de mogelijkheid bieden om onze koffers bij het agentschap in bewaring te geven. |

Apartament ustytuowany w centrum-dobry dostep do restauracji i plazy Brak klimatyzacji ( byla lecz nie dzialala tak jak powinna)przy upale 35 stopniowym trudno bylo oddychc nie wspominajac o dobrym wypoczynku.Przy cenie w sezonie ok 250zl za osobe za dzien trzeba dodatkowo wysprzatac apartament przed wyjazdem??...? |
