Wifi and facilities
Location eazy access I like the gradine all the operator desk were very helpfull
The location is perfect on a quiet road of the champs ellysee. It is quite a small and cosy Hotel. The room was a great size and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Metro is a 5 minute walk away.Perfect base to explore Paris from.
Was placed in a room with interconnecting door to another room where a family of over 4 were staying. They kept making awful noise all day and watching tv up to 3am in the morning. I couldn't get any sleep that night.
very small room
internet access quiet difficult
Fitness space (small but very clean and vey well equipped missing just a wheight bar with plates); breakfast (the staff in the kitchen really tacking care of the customer: quality, serviciability and kindness), the small gareden is very nice to stay in for the breakfast.
the room too small. The bathroom take a big space. it is better to have a big room with a small bathroom.
Huge bedroom Stunning interior Location minutes away from champ elysee and metro Hotel staff speak good english and friendly
Slow wifi Breakfast need more variety
The location was good, close to metro and champs élysées.
We stayed for 5 nights. On three of these nights we had problems each time we returned after a days siteseeing. Day 3 - housekeeping had taken away the shower curtain over the bath. We had to try and explain this in English to reception - they asked if we really needed it. If there was no shower curtain the bathroom floor would have got very wet! We had to wait for them to bring up a new shower curtain, the new one was very long and kept blocking up the plug hole. On Day 4 - we returned home in the evening to find housekeeping had only left one bath towel - there were two of us staying, and they had taken two away when they did the housekeeping in the morning. Reception told us we needed to come down and pick up a towel as there was only one person on duty. Day 5 - we returned home and our swipe card wouldn't open the door, reception reprogrammed the card, and told us it was our fault as we must have had it by something with a magnetic strip. After going back to room we found it still didn't work - back down to reception we went. They bought a key up and opened door, told us lock was faulty and if we wanted in we had to get reception to come and open the door each time - no more swipe cards. No apologies! Also room advertised with free internet access, however this is limited to only certain useage - you pay for some things like internet ability to use your own skype. For a non smoking room/hotel there were cigarette burns in the carpet! This is not good enough for four star. We would rate it 3 star.
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a superior room which was very comfortable and overlooked the garden terrace, large bed, good sized bathroom. All very clean and well decorated. Location was excellent just off the Champs Elysees.
There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
the location was good for me as well as the space in the room
i had difficulty that the staff understands whick king of tea i want , i was simply asking for English Breakfast Tea but they kept bringing other types with different flavours
The hotel was very conveniently located - just a few minutes walk to Champs-Elysees and the metro. We requested for a 'quiet' room and they check us into a room facing the garden. Our Superior Double Room was very spacious with a queen size bed, extra pillows and duvet, a couple of armchairs, a big wardrobe with a full-length mirror and a huge bathroom, which had just been recently renovated, so it was extremely modern and clean! We've had quite a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
When we arrived at the hotel, the female receptionist was being extremely slow and inefficient with her tasks. I was kept waiting for almost 20 minutes while she ran back and forth answering all the phones and tending to other guests' needs (even though they arrived much later than I did!). Isn't it common knowledge that you should deal with the person at the front of the queue first instead of brushing them aside and asking them to wait for a very long time for no reason? Needless to say, we didn't have a very good first impression. Although we were pretty happy with our room, it might be worth mentioning that some decors, such as the carpet, the armchairs and the wallpaper did seem a little worn out and were somewhat dirty in some areas. In addition, our key cards somehow kept disabling themselves everyday, so we had to go down to the reception to have them re-scanned before we could use them to access our room again.
Location, location, location!!!
Pretty central, lots on your door step
We didn't like that it was so expensive, tourist trap area and food in the hotel very expensive for what it was. I wouldn't call it a 4 star but I suppose good value for the upmarket area we were staying.
comfort of hotel
The location of the hotel is great. just off the Champs Elysee. I had a room at the back and it was very quiet overlooking the garden. I would recommend this hotel
Nothing I didn't like
The room was very nice
The service was very ppor
I liked the location. Also the hotel is good
The bed is soft. I need a hard bed to sleep well.
the room was very neat n clean and the atmosphere is very lovely, receptionist was very nice to me and i luv the location very peaceful
there is nothing really that i didnt like but i think there shd be a tight security at the entrance just to keep the place very safe but apart from that i really enjoyed my stay
The location was great. The staff very helpful. Close to many restaurants and bistros.
on upper floor there was constant mechanic noise, enough to have headache from it over the night
anytime we needed a cab at night the front desk would have one there within a couple of minutes. In walking distance to most places. We walked everywhere from here - Notre Dame , The louvre, Eiffel, etc
the breakfast is very expensive. I think $25 euro per person. Once we found this out we did not go back for breakfast. The pictures show outdoor tables . Very nice outdoors but there is no restaurant or bar.
The staff are friendly. Have to give credit to the receptionist, he was very nice and helpful.
Very small room. Very small tub. You can literally hear the people next room. I did not like the gym, the cardio machines were ok, but the all in one machine was not good. You can injure your self if you are not carful while using it.
