Se dovete andarci, chiedete la stanza 702 che dispone di un balcone con vista sulla Torre Eiffel. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda. Personale reception non molto cortese; i prezzi dell'hotel suggerirebbero qualche sorriso in più; ascensore fuori uso 3 giorni su 4 e salire in montacarichi non è proprio da 4 stelle. |

the only good thing that the hotel is near the Champs Elysees, that's all it's not a realy 4 star Hotel at all, the room are very small, no view on the effel tower as it suggest on the picture of the hotel, no parking (only 3 places avaiable, and one is for the direction) |

Location - this is located on a side street to Champs-Elysées and very close to l'Arc de Triomphe in a rather safe area. Good for sightseeing, shopping and evening strolls after a long work day. The design of the hotel lobby and lounge / restaurant was very cool and gives a good first impression. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. They did not have iron and ironboard in the room; I had to go to reception to pick them up. Wlan wasn't working satisfactory. No conditioner or body lotion, only basic shampoo, shower gel and soap. |

1-Location is excellent near to Champs-Elysees Street The lift is very small if you have baby in the trolley 1 person can enter with it. Procedues are not flexible even if you need to stay half an hour more than check out time they will not allow you |

Just conveniently located off the Champs-Elysees. It would be better if there is kettle to do some hot water. |

The location and the great friendly staff. We also were fortunate to have a little balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower in the distance; it wasn't the balcony we expected but it was nice. The hotel kitchen was closed for the summer, so we couldn't order food; we had to go out to eat. In addition, we we're a little disappointed with the room we had..in the sense that we paid a lot for our room where the carpet was stained and had old yellow & brown color scheme which is outdated. The room & bathroom need a new color scheme and a new carpet that matches the fresh and new hotel lobby |

Location is great, staff is good. Last nigth there was a noise. I think it is about water system. Our bed is double but separate beds and we stayed with our child at 5 years old. It was uncomfortable for us.But the room is (superior rooom) big and comfortable. |

Ligging en prijs prestatie vooral voor een hotel in de buurt van de Champs Elysees echt super... Ontbijt buffet is echt minimaal... Vloerbedekking kamer mag wel een keer een grote schoonmaak hebben... Maar ja de prijs is er ook na... |

Het prachtige uitzicht op de Eifeltoren vanaf kamer 601. De ligging op 300 meter van de Arc de Triomph. Voor die prijs had het ontbijt inbegrepen moeten zijn |

世界で一番美しいとされているシャンゼリゼ通りと凱旋門にほど近く、ヴィトン本店が目の前にあります。立地条件は文句なしで、宿泊客も多種多様な人種であるためか、スタッフの方達の英語でのコミュニケーションも問題ありません。とてもフレンドリーな対応で、色々な情報を教えて頂きました。 ヨーロッパへはよく足を運びますが、冷房などの空調設備がないホテルが多く、悩みの種でしたが、今回は冷房完備だったため、空調設備は完璧でした。立地条件も大変素晴らしかったのですが、清潔さに欠ける気がしました。世界に比べ日本はホスピタリティ先進国であるが故に感じてしまうことかもしれませんが。 |
