Location - this is located on a side street to Champs-Elysées and very close to l'Arc de Triomphe in a rather safe area. Good for sightseeing, shopping and evening strolls after a long work day. The design of the hotel lobby and lounge / restaurant was very cool and gives a good first impression. Friendly and helpful staff with good English.

They did not have iron and ironboard in the room; I had to go to reception to pick them up. Wlan wasn't working satisfactory. No conditioner or body lotion, only basic shampoo, shower gel and soap.

1-Location is excellent near to Champs-Elysees Street

The lift is very small if you have baby in the trolley 1 person can enter with it. Procedues are not flexible even if you need to stay half an hour more than check out time they will not allow you

The location and the great friendly staff. We also were fortunate to have a little balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower in the distance; it wasn't the balcony we expected but it was nice.

The hotel kitchen was closed for the summer, so we couldn't order food; we had to go out to eat. In addition, we we're a little disappointed with the room we had..in the sense that we paid a lot for our room where the carpet was stained and had old yellow & brown color scheme which is outdated. The room & bathroom need a new color scheme and a new carpet that matches the fresh and new hotel lobby

for real it was very bad hotel i chek out the first day!!!!!!

only the location was good

Location is great, staff is good.

Last nigth there was a noise. I think it is about water system. Our bed is double but separate beds and we stayed with our child at 5 years old. It was uncomfortable for us.But the room is (superior rooom) big and comfortable.

everything was good, the service, the smiles, the proximity to the Chams Elise

Positief is de ligging van het hotel. Hemelsbreed 150 meter van de Champs-Elysees.

Situation de l'hôtel, chambre spacieuse, jolie vue, très propre et confortable

pas de grand lit mais deux petits collés l'un à l'autre!!!

Tout était correct

Het prachtige uitzicht op de Eifeltoren vanaf kamer 601. De ligging op 300 meter van de Arc de Triomph.

Voor die prijs had het ontbijt inbegrepen moeten zijn

La habitación era pequeñisima, con una cama doble de 135. El baño pequaño y moqueta gastada en el suelo. Era como un hotel de dos estrellas, que por el hecho de tener mini bar y servicio de habitaciones le hubieran dado 4 estrellas. Decepcionante, y carisímo para lo que era. Hubera preferido pagar un poco más para haberme ido a un cuatro estrellas de verdad.
