Friendly and helpful service. Comfortable room. I personally do not like duvets. I prefer a sheet and blankets. |

Good location if you travel by car (10 minutes to the city centre) and there is no problem when crossing the French-Swiss border. Very helpfull staff as well. |

Kind and friendly attitude of the staff. Cleanliness and warmth of the room. Bed was comfortable. Free parking. Half the price of staying 15 mins down the road in central Geneva. Free internet. Plenty of hot water. |

It was a very good hotel to stay within budget...the owner was very cooperative.Rooms were very clean and good.Dog of the owner was really coool. However the only problem is the location of the hotel , it is near france and switzerland border,approximately 20 mins walk from border,from there we can get tram into geneva city.Bus frequency is bad from the Border to the hotel. |

It is a family hotel, and all the staff were very helpful. If you are looking for a clean room for a good price (close to Geneva), this is your choice. As even Benji, the owner's dog is lovable and is the mascot of the hotel. If you have in mind that this is a 2 stars hotel, there is nothing bad to say about it. By the way, it is the best 2 stars hotel I ever stayed. |

The hotel is within walking distance to the train station in Annemasse and the staff is very friendly and helpful - they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room for our 3 year old. Rooms are clean and well kept. |

Hotel staffs are so friendly and nice peoples. And the breakfast is not included for the fee of hotel, but it is good breakfast and they have nice coffee. |

Helpful reception services, clean and big rooms(also big bath), nice location (close to Geneve - 5 mins by bus or 20 minutes walking to trams 16,12,17). If you want you can also get a train from Annemasse to Geneve-Eaux-Vives station. |

This is not a fancy hotel, but it is remarkably clean and in a good location. We didn't do breakfast here (there are a few excellent bakeries within walking distance), but we did have superb coffee at a table outside most mornings. Staff was helpful and kind. Internet was free. We were less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and shopping was very close also. Annemasse is a sweet little town and we would go back to Adelante again. Rooms were small, but more than adequate. |

The staff was service minded and we felt welcomed and well taken cared off. We enjoyed the breakfast, free wireless and the parking at the hotel (so much easier to load/unload the luggage). |

The price was very reasonable and the location was good. Only about 10 minute drive to Geneva city center. The 1st floor hallway had a very heavy perfume odor. The carpets/walls should be thoroughly cleaned and less scent used. |

The hotel is modest and plain with the very basic amenities, but as such it fulfilled very well our need for an overnight stay on our way from Chamonix to Geneva (within walking distance from Annemasse station as well as from the Swiss border). The staff was extremely friendly and the pet dog Benji was sweet indeed. The neighbourhood in Annemasse is rather dull (but not frightening, though) |
