Staff were firendly and very helpful. Shabby decoration. Poor breakfast. Bath is not usable because water can not be filled. - Shower was ok though. |

I liked it's central location to the city The room was extremely inconvenient - we had to carry our cases up four steps and then in the room we had to carry them down another three steps - the room was very small for people travelling with luggage. |

This hotel was in a great location; we were able to walk everywhere in the city. The room was very well maintained and clean. No safe and no mini-bar. |

the close location to the town centre and the wine tasting also the friendly staff access to our room wasup two flights of spiral stairs which we struggled with also although a 16th century building our room was a conversion in the attic with walls so thin that you could hear every word spoken in the adjoining room. |

In the heart of town. Room was very nice for a cute little Parisian hotel that overlooked wht quaint downtown. Room was clean and hotel staff was very nice and knowledgeable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants the true Parisian experience in a small cute town. We were there the morning of their farmer's market (Sat morning) and the room was very quiet for all the vendors that were arriving at 7 am. Didn't hear them at all. The farmer's market was awesome!!! |

The location is excellent - right off the main squares. Staff was very helpful with inquiries about the area and transportation One of the double beds was uncomfortable - was sleeping right on the bed springs. |

It was centrally located with free parking down the street. Our room was very quiet even though a street market was going on the next morning. We booked a family room and got 2 adjoining rooms - ours was great with a window and air conditioning. It was fairly expensive. Our kids' room only had a window that opened onto the hallway and was therefor useless and they had no air conditioning. |

I liked the simple, monastic feel of the room, and I thought the staff were very accommodating, and helpful, always pleasant. I loved the location within the city, the free parking nearby, the ease of the place. Perhaps the rooms were a bit too spare....I might have liked a carpet.....and the breakfast room needs better organisation, given that the staff must leave the room to do everything...more could be set up on the spot to be extra efficient, and less stressed. |

Posizione centralissima, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, confort delle camere,catmosfera e charme dell'albergo. La prima colazione non l'ho consumata perchè troppo cara. La chiusura del check-in alle 21,00 nel periodo invernale che scoraggia i clienti che arrivano dopo un lungo viaggio. |

Nous avons apprécié la proximité aux Hospices de Beaune, la disponibilité de la réceptionniste du soir. La chambre avec les poutres apparentes et pierres est très agréable le soir. Fenêtres trop petites, pas assez de lumière le jour dans la chambre. Le parking gratuit de la ville est tout de même à plus de 100 mt, il faut prévoir laisser les valises avant de se garer. |

室内も施設内もきれいで清潔。スタッフも親切です。ロケーションも市内中心部で静かで治安も良い。 浴そうがあってよかったが栓が壊れていて湯船が使えなかった。シャワーが座ってするタイプでシャワーカーテ- ンもないので不便だった。 |

Het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk, het ontbijt prima. Het bad heeft geen douche die opgehangen kan worden. Bovendien is de instap erg diep en zijn er geen muurbeugels, waardoor het voor ouderen vrij gevaarlijk is. |
