I liked the simple, monastic feel of the room, and I thought the staff were very accommodating, and helpful, always pleasant. I loved the location within the city, the free parking nearby, the ease of the place. Perhaps the rooms were a bit too spare....I might have liked a carpet.....and the breakfast room needs better organisation, given that the staff must leave the room to do everything...more could be set up on the spot to be extra efficient, and less stressed. |

Very central. Lots of character. Good clean rooms. Bedrooms could do with some drawers for storage. Bar needs restocking (a French hotel with no cognac !) |

The location was great. Beaune is a very small town. We didn't have a car, but we could walk to train station to the hotel, and everywhere we wanted to go. It could probably be a bit noisy, at times. |

It is small and quaint and located within walking distance to some excellent restaurants and a little town square. On our trip, we stayed in 3 different hotels, at 3 different price points. This was the least expensive, and while not opulent, very European offering comfort and excellent service. |

It was right in the center. Easy to walk to all mayor interests we had. Nice breakfest. To be a three star it was very run down and the staff was friendly but the service was poor... |

Super great staff. Excellent Air conditioning--weather was hot. Wonderfully comfortable bed and linens.Central location. Good price. I liked the clean minimalist decoration. Free public parking a block away. One can have breakfast late, a premium for me, although I'm not really a breakfast person. It was good by my standards |

Convenience to sites Facilities did not match description(no flatscreen TV). No duvet only blankets. Carpets not wooden floor. I am an asma sufferer so these items were important and were reason for booking. No cooked option for breakfast which was exprensive. No aircon. |

The staff was helpful. When I checked in and did not like my room, the desk clerk let me see two other rooms. Plus they adjusted my bill down for the change in rooms. The rooms are in need of updating. Based on the rooms alone and the lack of amentities, I'm surprised this is considered a 3 star. |
