Good location, close to Part Dieu station. Not far to walk to old town.

Rooms smelt of smoke even though non smoking.

The location one minute wolf from the front of the station was fantastic when dragging a bag,also easy walk to both old and new towns a great location.A Great value breakfast for ten euros.

Lacking in what one would expect for an hotel,no box of tissues,no glass a plastic cup instead,small towel as thin as paper.The room was ok but we had to move because of a squealing air con.put in another room stinking of tobacco smoke we tolerated this room,we were not game to request another room!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient to RRS Metro and Trams. Room was small by US standards, but we were aware of this before booking, so it was no surprise. Room was clean and widow opened to let in fresh air.

One of the twin beds had a mattress that tilted to one side literally rolling you out of bed while you slept. Extremely uncomfortable.

Close location to train station, perfect for our overnight stay and train change. Staff assisted by locking our bikes in room.

I loved the location one cannot do better than that

Clean and comfortable room, bathroom was new and well equiped. we stayed for the night as it was a stop over and was great. affordable overnight parking. the metro is just nearby which was handy.

Very friendly staff. Superb location. RhoneExpress bus direct to and from Lyon airport to the door; likewise Metro station and TGV station. We paid budget prices for a city i.e. €79 for twin-bedded room so the hotel is reviewed on the basis of value for money.

The room was really small and the beds seemed slightly smaller than normal single beds but we got used to this after first night.

Location is so close to train station. and thats the only positive thing. internet is free.

The hotel feels so old, with cheap carpets, and old elevators, room is tiny and feels like a one hour motel. You need to pour in some investment to make it a lot comfortable and modern.

Staff was wonderful, really friendly.

Noise from train by our room and the security dog barking were horrible.

Location next to public transport and rail. Cl2an, comfortable, well designed rooms, staff are efficient.

Some minor appearance problems in the shared spaces where carpet and tiles are worn.

I needed an overnight stop before going to the Exupery airport.

I did not know how to work the shower!

Internet WIFI has not reached the rooms!!! so I could not do my business e.mails!!

Located next to Lyon Part Dieu train station. Facilities are exelent and staff attentive

WI/FI was too weak to reach my room. Was nice and strong in the reception area and there are plenty of chairs for sitting and the occasional power point.

Location is good for railways travelers. Below average price.

Smell in corridors. Wifi was not available in our room - had to use at the reception. The single receptionist was always busy speaking by phone or with other guests. Sometimes I had to abandon my questions because of getting tired of waiting. Our problem with wifi wasn't solved.

Had the impression that all the staff hated their job!? The room was very small and had 3 beds in it, we were 2. The bathroom was ugly and dirty. Breakfast is definitely overpriced- the selection was very poor. Coffee, that came out of the machine, had a terrible burnt taste. Complete disappointment!
