Te cleanliness and size of the room and location.

The breakfasts. It was limited in selection, the hot food was dry and overcooked and the scrambled eggs nothing like scrambled eggs, let alone taste! Hot water urn was not hot, no cereal break left at 10am, fruit bowl looked old and fruit salad looked tired. And the same things got served back up the next morning! It was a big disappointment and it could be so much better. Please improve this part and the hotel would be great.

Great location, clean neat and tidy. Full amenities and very quiet. Good size rooms with space to move around. Close to city centre plus minus 400 meters.with all shops and restuarants. Main sights Arena etc across the square all in walking distance.

A minor irritation, the coffee ,sugar etc was not refilled daily for use in the room. Otherwise no problems.

Pleasant room. Secure garage, so we could leave our lugage in the car. Very good explanation of how to get to the hotel by car after we had driven around for one hour because of the road works. Friendly staff.

There was no socket next to the bed.They did not have any draft beer, only bottles. Too few staff, so no one at the bar. Only came after a long time, because it was busy at the restaurant. Hot milk at breakfast had little white bits floating in it. Guests should be warned about the road works around the hotel. This could be solved by sending them directions.

It is very close to the city center

Accessing it by car is horribly difficult, because streets are cut given construction efforts. As I understand, this is going to last a long time. The hotel could post signs indicating how to drive to the hotel parking. Instead, we spent 75 minutes (no exaggeration) through very small streets (well, all kinds of them), until in the end we were lucky to find a little sign that pointed to the hotel parking (and by taking a street in the wrong direction, in fact). This was a nightmare and the person at reception acted like he did not give a damn.

Very good location. Friendly staff. Room -just- big enough to host a family of four. Convenient garage.

Although the quality of the food served at breakfast is very good,unfortunately already at 9 am certain basic items were no longer availble.

Lo dificil para aparcar el coche.Es un problema llegar hasta el hotel debido a las obras.La persona de recepción de la noche no fué nada amable con un problema que tuvimos con la llave de la habitación

Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet ( plus de 14€ par personne) ,est à un prix trop élévé par rapport à la qualité et diversité du menu, d'autre part le manque de réapprovisionnement du dit buffet est très frustrant et augmente le sentiment d'etre berné.

Het ontbijt voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen : water thee niet warm genoeg, eieren zijn gemaakt met een soort poeder en smaken dus niet naar eieren, de bijhorende spekjes dreven in het vet waren niet genoeg gebakken, pannenkoeken liggen onder lamp en drogen volledig uit. Er kan ook geen vers ei gebakken worden als je daar naar vraagt. Jammer want je dag begint uiteindelijk met een lekker ontbijt.
