The staff was very nice and the location was great. The room was air conditioned. In 8 days, a maid did not come once. One day, early, a maid opened the door and then left. The staff does not follow up on these things and the language barrier makes it difficult for the patron to follow up. The room also had water damage. A discount should have been offered. I paid for a superior room and I took my own trash out, purchased my own toliet paper and washed my own towels at a friends house. |

Hotel was easy walking to Cour Mirabeau and the Musee Granet. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. We stayed on the top floor, fifth floor, facing the courtyard. So it was quiet and lovely. A kitchette was attached to the room but we didn't use it but would be convenient for breakfast or lunch. On the same block are an ATM, bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy. |

Staff very friendly and hotel generally ok Design of suite poor (cramped bed-space), poor layout. Felt that the price had been kept low and the extras were expensive for what they were - breakfast, car parking etc. Reasonable location relative to the town centre. |

Very friendly staff, ready to provide information. Spacious room, with excellent kitchen. Good location. I would definitely stay there again. Room seemed a bit old. |

very good location, helpful staff, nice to have kitchenette. Ideal for us as couple with grown up daughter. sofa bed not very comfy, kettle would be useful, breakfast very expensive (but cafe 50m away did cheap alternative, though not on Sundays) |

being in Aix and so close to everything, the location was best. the dryer wash broken so we had to go into town to do laundry and take our suitcase and all... very inconvenient. |

It has a good location. The staff are friendly and speak good english. Standard of rooms not particularly good (cheaply furnished with inferior quality furniture and kitchen utilities). Kitchen poorly stocked with cookware, cuttlery and crockery. Dishwasher took all night to do a cycle – probably not working properly. Safe didn't work and hotel was unable to fix it (maintenance service needs improvement). No cleaning service for room during stay. |

Staff was friendly and good. The given to us was too short with a sofa cum bed, once the sofa is turned to bed no space to turn around even. |
