Friendly helpful staff and the location is excellent. I was staying in an apartment and I think it would be nice just to have in the kitchen a sponge, dishwashing tablets and a few tea towels. |

The worst hotel ever! On arrival no towels, no pillars, no soaps,,,,ok not the end of the world but we certainly thought it was at 2am in the morning when hammer drills began and continued for some bizare reason for over 1 hr... |

Hotel has excellent location, walking distance to the city center. My room was quite big, however even superior room had only small wall window which prohibited natural light to enter the room. |

Functional, clean, compact. Very close to conference center (2 minute walk). Not far from town center. Staff are helpful and speak good English. Some noise from adjoining rooms |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with whatever I wanted help with. When we found an apartment they were also helpful with canceling the rest of our booking. When we came there were only two small towels in our room. |

Location to centre of town Booked a superior room as thought would have better facilities. Very dissapointed as more of a box than a room. Two very small single beds pushed together - would have preferred double. Even the beadspreads did not match |

The staff was very polite. The room had an espresso-machine and a kitchenette. The TV was new. The bed was not very comfortable. There room-cleaning is not included in the price. The towels looked like they were used. |

The staff was very nice and the location was great. The room was air conditioned. In 8 days, a maid did not come once. One day, early, a maid opened the door and then left. The staff does not follow up on these things and the language barrier makes it difficult for the patron to follow up. The room also had water damage. A discount should have been offered. I paid for a superior room and I took my own trash out, purchased my own toliet paper and washed my own towels at a friends house. |

Hotel was easy walking to Cour Mirabeau and the Musee Granet. Staff extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and modern. We stayed on the top floor, fifth floor, facing the courtyard. So it was quiet and lovely. A kitchette was attached to the room but we didn't use it but would be convenient for breakfast or lunch. On the same block are an ATM, bakery, grocery store, and pharmacy. |

Staff very friendly and hotel generally ok Design of suite poor (cramped bed-space), poor layout. Felt that the price had been kept low and the extras were expensive for what they were - breakfast, car parking etc. Reasonable location relative to the town centre. |
