I arrived early for check in, requested a quiet room. The staff were pleasant and I was told that exceptionally I could access my bed room early if I wished. Felt valued and welcome.
Location very good able to walk to the station in two mins. Bus stop opposite the hotel. Clean and smart. parking under the hotel at fair price Good price for the hotel start.
Breakfast twice the price you could get in town
De kamers, de ligging, de service
Loved the room, the view and the safe. Air con, and secure parking a massive bonus. Everything was very clean, and the hotel was quiet. Had a good night sleep.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I love a morning cuppa!!!
good transport links clean functional rooms
nothing much it was exactly what i expected, given the price and location.
Clean room, really ! Nice bathroom and toilet in separate spaces.
Late breakfast. After 08:00... Had to take a tram and a metro for city(30')
layout of room curtains instead of walls noise of toilet flush - sounded like an aeroplane loo
We stayed 2 nights at Atrium Hotel. We had a triple room at the front of the hotel with a clear view of the Effiel Tower from the window. The room was of a good size and a decent shower/ bathroom. However, the room decor is not luxurious, more minimalist in style. But this was perfect for us for a couple of nights. Good Wifi reception in the room. The staffing is also minimalist, with the receptionist doubling as bar person but all of them were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent in a well presented dining room. The rest of the hotel are nicely furnished in a modern style. There was a garage for our car, for a cost, which we were happy to pay as on street parking looked tight. The location is excellent for the tram to La Defence (Paris' Canary Wharf) and then about 20 minutes on the Metro to the city centre.
Finding a restaurant locally on a Sunday was a challenge, we didn't fancy trying the hotel for dinner as the receptionist is most probably the chef as well! Ended up in the Campanile down the road. Our TV didn't work in the room.
The styling was modern and innovative. Staff were good and handled queries effectively.
Nothing... But didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food.
Aircon didn't work.
Spacious, well-designed room. Well located. Good price-performance ratio.
Not enough tables for breakfast. Inefficient, unfriendly personnel at breakfast.
absolutely my favourite style. Will get back for sure. Felt like at home.
Staff from the hotel were really nice but I really wanted to tell a special thanks to Caroline who was always willing to go the extra mile with a smile and so useful. She really made our stay in paris easy and absolutely delightful. Thanks again to her. I will definitely come back to the hotel!
Nice modern comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff and secure parking: Third bed was a fold-up bed placed in the room which made things a little cramped, but overall a good hotel, would recommend and would stay again
Bed very comfortable. Close to a tram.
Reception and reception staff - air conditioning not working properly and problem was not solved even though was there for 6 days. Stayed that long because was at Roland Garros. Reception very small and not people friendly layout. Reception information not accurate. Was told price of taxi to airport to be 55 euros. It cost 100 euros!!!!
Location,facilities and decor
Staff unbelievably rude - was charged full rate for room not Booking.com rate Arrived at 2pm after a 6 hour car and ferry journey from UK. we were given a dirty room that had beer cans all over it and was not ready. notified the receptionist who relectantly gave us another room that was clean but on the other side of the building without the balcony the dirty room had- left my partner in clean room while she freshened up and had a shower - asked to have other room back after it was cleaned - response from rude receptionist was no, not if you have used the shower, she was extremely rude accused me of lieing- so I asked to speak to manager - was given her number and told to call her! I said no I will use your phone not make an int call on my mobile - manager backed up receptionist and asked us to pay €30 charge for using the shower if we wantedother room back! Unbelievable customer service and total lack of hospitality. stayed in 100s of hotels and never been spoken to the way I was spoken to at this place. to top it off charged full whack the next day instead of booking.com rate
Great stay with Eiffel tower view. Recently renovated. Tram stop is about a hundred metres. Helpful staff. Private parking for 8€ a day.
Slower wi-fi connection speed.
the facilities and the cleanliness.
I ask to book a space in the parking but when I arrived at night it was full.
The staff were very professional and proficient and friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet.
The wifi was intermittent and connection was always a struggle.
The most liked is the staff's attitude with unlimited help they ever can afford
the decor was modern and clean.
I asked specifically for a quiet room when we arrived, we were given a room on the 1st floor overlooking a 4 lane road ! I asked if it could be changed but rooms were already allocated. I reallly feel the hotel should have let me know when I booked 3 weeks previously to let me know the situation. real shame but I fgeel this is poor customer service.
Decoration of the hotel, very nice, modern, well done. Good breakfast. All good but...
Although very quite to the street, the rooms are noisy one to the other. We had people slashing doors until 3 am and were hearing them loud and clear !
It's in the outskirts of Paris, in a cozy beautiful area, so no noise and hustle and bustle of the city. Nevertheless, not isolated, you have a number of shops, "sandwicheries" and "boulangeries". Eiffel Tower view (on request). Very well localized close to a tram station which is connected with metro. Excellent modern interior with glass. Room is equiped with just what you need and space is enough, I'd say it's well thought out.
In 3 days they didn't replace bath amenities. The height of parking (1,90 limit height) wasn't mentioned on the web, so we had to look for the other parking, and the staff wasn't able to help there. We were advised to use our GPS. The price with no discounts or special offers is far from desirable.
The personnel was exceptionally helpfull when we had to switch cars and get all the luggage out one and in to anothe car, and to store it meanwhile.
It is a nice hotel with a view on the eiffel tour, yet a bit occulted by the remodelation of the hotel
Nice and friendky staff. Parking 8 euro for 24 hrs Good public transport nearby Suberb view (higher floors) Clean Free pooltable Modern looking and relaxed admosphere
Somewhat out of the way, going back to the hotel for stuff is not realy an option. You need full day for sightseeing, whereafter the hotel is a nice place to rest for the night.
