Walk to the Louvre, taxi rank, bus stop, Metro station right on your doorstep. Surrounded by beautiful shops, famous cafés, and wonderful restaurants. Choose the deluxe room for that extra space. Room 102 had plenty of floor space, a larger than king-sized bed and a view of the bustling boulevard Saint Germain. Soundproofing windows guaranteed a quiet night's sleep. Staff extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Would stay here every time when in Paris.

Not happy with the quality of the pillows but that's the only criticism.

The location wasn't bad near a lot of higher prices restaurants.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be for the money we spent for this hotel. I realize this is Europe but got better value for our money in other countries.

great location in the heart of the Left Bank. Reception very nice and friendly. AC actually works. Nice kettle with teas and coffees.

Room was small, even for Paris. AC was not turned on when we arrived so room took several hours to cool off.

    we liked the location

we didn't like being stuck in a back room with only walls to look at out the window. sadly, no beautiful views of paris for us.

Best sleep we have had on our travels. Small room, but beautiful bed and modern bathroom - perfect for a traveling couple. The elevator and proximity to great cafés was a bonus!

Our rooms were lovely and quiet - no noise from the busy street and cafes below. Well designed bathrooms with rainfall shower heads. The staff was attentive to all our requests making us feel very well cared for.

Triple room spacious for couple plus teen (for one night). Quiet despite view overlooking St Germaine. Excellent restaurants right next door - Lipp and Cafe Louise. Elevator! Booked at very last minute due to our screw up on dates of apt rental.

Grandson reports roll away was narrow and uncomfortable.

Location was good and close to a couple metro stops and had a taxi stand right out front. Most of the staff were pleasant, especially the young lady in reception. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering it was right on busy street. The view from the room of Café de Flore and Les Deux Maggots was excellent.

The rug in the room was very dirty. The bathroom was very small and poorly arranged. I do not know how someone very large would be able to use the toilet. Television should also be improved. Room was sometimes serviced very late in the day. We wanted to relax before going out for the evening and had to wait for the room to be done.

large room size (for Paris), immaculate bathroom, quiet, courteous and helpful staff members

we had asked for a room on a high floor and facing St. Germaine street; we got a room on the first floor and in the back of the hotel

The friendly receptionist, Location, Comfort of the room, although small

250 EUR per night for a 3 star hotel (!!), breakfast not included (+16 EUR) and when you ask for scrambled eggs, an espresso or fresh orange juice, you have to pay for each additionally. The ultimate pettiness ... The person in charge of the breakfast is rarely there; it is painful to wait to place an order.

We requested a king size bed and the staff went all out to confirm it, excellent shower and the position of hotel is excellent.

The room was a little small, but that is Europe!

LOVED the location...you literally cannot get a better area in the Saint Germain. Place was very clean, and staff was VERY sweet and helpful.

Didn't like having two beds together - they didn't have a one-bed king - they had two beds put together. The crack in the middle of the bed was VERY uncomfortable. Closet was small and not enough hangers - no drawer space. Safe didn't work right. Drain in bathtub took FOREVER to drain. Night manager's English was poor so communication hard. Towels in bathroom are rough and not large at all - I am 6-foot and my honey was 6' 5" - the towels were so small it was ridiculous. I booked this room 9-1/2 months in advance and asked for a window to the street and when we got there, no accommodation at all. Our room was OK, but I really felt that by booking almost a year in advance shouldn't have warranted me, at minimum, getting a better Deluxe room accommodation.
