Room very nice and comfortable, though not so spacious. Over a 4-night stay, the rooms were being made up at any (unpredictable) time, ranging from the morning to the afternoon. Based on it characteristics (no lounge, no real reception hall, no car parking assistance), the "Au Manoir Saint Germain" should be categorized as an elegant B&B, rather than a true hotel. |

Excellent location, staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is situated on a main road, found it very quiet - no traffic noise or anything |

Excellent location for those wishing to tour downtown Paris Although a comfortable place with some nice decorating detail, I felt the amenities and lobby etc did not fit the expense. |

The room was cosy, clean, neat and full of French style. The bathroom was new, clean and inviting. The room was a good size and the private mini walkout verandah was the icing on the cake. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The internet in the lobby did not work and I was not able to do an online check-in. |

Firstly we requested a Non smoking room and got a smoking room,requested to change rooms non avalible til next day and only offered a smaller room no discounts ended up staying in orginal room hoping the smoke would leave room but cleaners kept closing our windows,And due to traveling my wife handwash some underwear and hung in our bathroom only for cleanners to take it away and unable to be relocated really expensive,hey if you like to complain about everything dont stay here but if you aint fussy enjoy the location. |

Very easy access to most fo the sites in Paris When we came down for breakfast none of the tables had been cleared and reset, as all were dirty and we could not find any one to help we had to reset one ourselves. |

We like the area, with many restaurants, cafes, bistros e shops; the bedroom, the shower, the bathtube, and the internet inside de bedroom. The breakfast was not so great e and the service was late and poor. |

Good location, comfy bed with marvelloues smelling sheets!!! Would stay again. A little expensive Reception staff not helpful when M&S credit card wasn;t processed properly by the hotel |

Fantastic location and wonderful hotel! We will definitely stay there again. It really was the perfect place to stay in terms of access to metro and some fabulous restaurants! The breakfast area is a bit too small and although the staff were very pleasant they were not enough coffee cups on hand and they ended up running around. |

All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and spoke English. It was a romantic, very comfortable (esp. beds) hotel. I would stay there again and would not even try to look for a better hotel. Metro right across the street, along with many restaurants that stay open very late. Noise - not a problem at all. We had a room on the street side and sleep wonderfully. |

Just recently renovated, our deluxe room was comfortable, breakfast to start day was very good & location was excellent. View from our room could have been better but this is a minor point.Wireless internet is incorrect as only via cable in room, this needs to be corrected on website but again no great problem. |
