It was just excellent. My room had direct view to Cafe de Flore and Cafe Deux Magots. The location could not be better. Although my friend's room was a bit small and the bathroom was a tad uncomfortable. Luckily, we fit but a severely overweight person will have some trouble. I loved the fresh breakfast included and I would definitely stay there if I go back to Paris. It's true the elevator is very small, (only 4 persons fit - if they are slim) but then again, how much time do you spend in an elevator? |

excellent location, good breakfast (included), the narrow pullman type room (bathroom, sitting room, bedroom all separated by sliding doors) worked for us. Romantics should go for the rooms facing Blvd St. Germain. |

Excellent location. Very quiet room -at least in the 4th floor- regardless of the busy and noisy Saint Germain Boulevard. Clean. Satisfactory breakfast. Beautiful desing, into the spirit of Latin Quarter. Queen Room not too spacious but for sure adequate. Clean up of room should be done earlier during morning - noon. Returning at 16:00 and still the room not cleaned up was no good. |

Very central location, clean and well presented. Good bathroom facilities and friendly staff for Paris. Breakfast was slightly lacking - had to wait to get a coffee cup and fresh bread - however we did start breakfast about 20mins before the end of service. |

Location, cleanliness, comfort - our room was spacious, attractive and well appointed reflecting a rather formal French heritage, yet the facilities were modern. The staff was welcoming, efficient and accommodating without being unctuous or intrusive. During our week's stay I frequently relied upon the staff for reservations plus an unanticipated dental appointment. They followed through on all my requests with graciousness and competence. This is a quiet, very well run hotel. |

We had a small but special room on the 6th floor with our own sundeck. It was lovely to open the shades on a grey November morning and see colorful geraniums and other plants....I would love it on a July day!! The hotel has been recently redecorated and the rooms that I saw were quite lovely. The location is perfect for using the Metro and exploring on foot .... easy walk to Luxembourg Gardens, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame and Ile St Louis. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk help, chamber maids, kitchen help, and the nice buffet breakfasts. All these things made for a wonderful stay in Paris. |

The room was very attractive. It was very quiet because we couldn't hear our neighbors. The location was excellent. The bathroom was very spacious but it was rather strange to have the bathtub and sink facing the front door without a wall or divider. The handles on the bathtub were rather confusing and a shower curtain would make it easier to keep the floor dry. |

good location: central and next to metro station, clean, 24h reception the layout of the room was a disaster: landing is in the bathroom. You got to go through the bathroom to go in or out, so when one is using the bathroom, the other person is either locked in the room or locked out. We've never seen that sort of layout before. No shower curtain so the whole bathroom (and the landing) gets wet when one is having a shower. The room was pretty small and dark (only one small window). Buffet style breakfast kept on running out of food. Definitely not a 4 stats hotel. I wouldn't stay there again. You can find better 3 stars hotel and way cheaper too. |
