Best location.Cleanliness.When I booked a room for single use,I requestd a room where is nice view of St.German des pres church from the window,so that my room was 6th floor and ofcourse I could see lovely view.I wonder its lucky because it was no charege. The heavy traffic street in front of hotel but it was not noisy because of 6th floor. The room was good for singe. It's enough to open and spread out my big luggage in the room.Double size bed was comfortable. Those amenities,towel-warmer, hot water, head and hand shower were good.Air-con was fine.I could make tea and coffee to use a thermos in the room.Breakfast was good(some patisries, braed, fruits, yougrts, serials, cheese, ham, eggs, fresh juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuites) Newspaper ware free.WiFi was easy conected.Hotel staffs were really nice(especialy a madam serving at braekfast dining). It's easy to get a taxi anytime front of hotel. Bathtub was a little bit narrow. You can go out for braekfast and choose a lot of CAFE neighborhhod, so you may not book a room including braekfast. It's better to enjoy CAFE in Paris from morning to night.

The hotel is in the heart of the Left Bank of Paris. There are many places of interest within easy walking distance. There is a metro station very close by. The room was pleasantly decorated. Breakfast was included in the room rate and there was tea and coffeee making facilities in the room. When we booked a superior room in a four star hotel, at twice the rate of some of the hotels we stayed in on our holiday, I had high expectations that this would be the best hotel. When we arrived we were given the key to an attic room on the sixth floor with a view of the air conditioning vents of the hotel and the surroundng buildings. Although had all the modern facilities, it did fall short of our expectations. We later found out that a "superior" room is just the hotel's basic room. As a four star hotel, the only extra facilities compared to our other hotels were two pairs of disposible slippers and a towelling bath robe. Better value hotels are close by unless you need to be on the Bld. St. Germaain.

We loved our stay at this beautiful little hotel. We had lovely room on the top floor facing the street. The location is perfect,so easy to walk to most sights and the metro is just near the hotel.there is a monoprix around the corner. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Location was ideal, close to the underground, in the immediate neighbourhood of good brasseries / restaurants. Hotel personnel friendly. Only 25 rooms, perfect instead of a mass hotel. Breakfast all present (croissants, yoghurt, juices, marmelades, baguettes). Parking Da Vinci Place St Germain des Prés, so close with arrangements from the parking people for special price for 5 days. Room comfortable. Only 1 single person for Breakfast practicalities (clean up the tables for next persons who wish to have breakfast, clean up in kitchen and come back, serve fresh coffee, fill up when sth is no longer available like croissants). Very friendly to come and help out, the lady, but she only has 2 hands. There should be another person present so that they are 2 in the morning at breakfast time. Pity for no own parking place (although close Da Vinci parking, but private parking is perhaps still better than public parking place).

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location at the heart of Paris. There was nothing superior about the superior room I have reserved. It was modestly equipped yet far way expensive and small. I also didn't like the fact that I had to leave the room pass every time I left the hotel.

The hotel was cosy and the staff very friendly. It was spottlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were three with a 14 year-old teenager and hat three real beds which we really appreciated. It's located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The metro and bus station were litteraly across the street which was very convenient. Overall we can recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to have a good stay in Paris.

The front desk/concierge was most helpful. The room was small as expected but very well-appointed and renovated. The breakfast was quite good and exceeded my expectations. Not a typical continental buffet, had hard boiled eggs, creme fraiche, fresh fruit salad, etc. The location cannot be better.

Great location, lovely breakfast area, pleasant staff Both myself and my friend have medical dietary requirements and the hotel said they could not meet Our request for any gluten free breakfast products or soy milk. I think a hotel of this calibre should make the effort to go out and purchase these to meet the customers' needs. Our hotels in Italy that are not as expensive have.

Great location and great service - especially the lady at the reception went out of her way to help us in everything. no lift to the 6th floor - lift only goes upto 5th floor and then you have to walk up. And poor breakfast - so if you stay there just opt for no bfast and have your breakfast in one of the nice cafes around.
