Meget venligt og imødekommende personale, som kunne tale et rimeligt engelsk. Meget god placering i dejligt kvarter i Paris tæt på Eiffeltårnet og Triumfbuen. dobbeltsengen var ikke særlig behagelig, meget blød falder sammen på midten. |

Very central, easy walk to Seine, Eiffel Tower, metro, water bus and sight seeing busses. Staff very friendly stairs and very small elevator make it inaccessable to wheelchair users and people with mobility issues. |

Posizione ottima per visitare la città. Due minuti a piedi per arrivare al Trocadero. Ottimo prezzo. La moquette è impossibile da pulire bene per quanto penso che tentassero di pulire molto bene tutto l'hotel in generale la moquette nelle camere e nei corridoi |

Closeness to the Eiffel Tower and thats about all! The front desk man was rude. The pictures were not what the hotel presented in true life. The stairs were dangerous, as well as the elevator. I was overall very displeased and felt I over spent for what they had to offer. We were with a few other people who also rented rooms, we had to argue about everything. They had us booked longer than we planned, which made the billing inaccurate. They had the wrong type of rooms available for us compared to what we reserved and wwhen I asked questions refering to their actual website and what its amenities were they were unsure of it. Disappointed!!!! |

The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The location was fabulous as well - just a short walk from the metro and the eiffle tower. |

The staff were very friendly and nice. It was very close to the grand palais (?) and Eiffel tower. Excellent location to all the tourist attractions. The tiny elevator. The size was laughable. |

The location of the hotel was great as it was easy access to most of the tourist attraction. The only thing I did not like was the size of the lift, as it was too small. It was located few steps from the ground floor and the staircase were narrow and going up in circle.The choice of resturant where few with the same type of food. |

Staff were helpful & friendly. They agreed to change my room to a (double) room that face the street, when I was very disappointed with the original (single) room with the window just facing a wall on the backyard, it was like being in a prison! I was disappointed with the facilities: their website made it look far better than it really was. Satellite TV- which only had 1 channel CNN in English! Old fashion TV hanging on the wall like in hospital! Extremely narrow staircase with the very tiny old fashion lift cramp into the stairwell, lift door opening into the staircase! Quite impossible to bring the cases upstairs to the 6th floor! |

The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. It is not a luxury hotel but a simple, clean, nice place to stay in one of the nicest areas of Paris. The room is small. |

location was good. 10 min to Eiffel tower on foot. Close to almost any of the historical and shopping places. Elevator is too small for two people with their baggages. Night watchmen is not so friendly. Lady at the reception was helpful though. |

The hotel is at the best location. Almost all sight seeing places were very near. And you will get almost everyting in adjoining shops and areas. Well, It was not that bad but I would like to mention that the stairs and lift were inconvenient. But if some one is coming for sight seeing and want to stay in paris for couple of days, this hotel is nice. If someone is coimg for honeymoon, then may be you need to find a more comfortable place. |
